It’s a great product and certainly keeps you regular. Cost is my only concern but can you put a price on health.

I can’t review this product until I complète the three month trial and return for further blood tests!

I began with a purchase of three bags in August. I was so afraid of taking statins (because of side effects) that I delayed getting my blood test done, giving it longer to work.

Given the promotional claims, I was so hopeful that I bought four more packs before my first order ran out. I waited till after Christmas to get my blood tested.

I expected my Dr to tell me how clever I’d been, and I expected Lower Lipid to reduce my cholesterol. I was prepared to be a lifelong customer.

I was happy with the delivery and had adapted to eating my serving for breakfast with one weetbix and oat milk. I was happy… but I still expected it to work.

Sadly, my cholesterol went up. “It’s not working” the Dr said. I am now on Statins, very cautiously.

When I contacted Lower Lipid, they would only refund three packs, plus the one I hadn’t opened.

My advice to you is: try it, but have your blood tested after the three months, BEFORE you buy more. It doesn’t work for everyone.

The Lower Lipid representative suggested to me that it may have been my diet/exercise that stopped my cholesterol from dropping. However, I’m vegan, so I don’t eat any of the top ten cholesterol foods… and I’ve had a gastric sleeve, so I don’t eat much. I only do light exercise, so sure, maybe that played a part, but I had hoped adding this product would have some positive effect.

I’m disappointed that for me, Lower Lipid was just very expensive fibre. I wanted a full refund of the seven packs… because when something doesn’t do what it claims to do, that seems fair to me.

My cholesterol is lower so will continue to use this product

I’ve been using Lower Lipid for several months now and have found it to be highly beneficial. Not only has it helped lower my cholesterol and blood pressure, but I’ve also noticed improvements in my gut health. It’s easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I appreciate that it takes a natural approach to overall well-being.

Have had positive experience with the product

This product is easy to take and definitely helps with digestion issues. Am hoping it will lower my cholesterol levels in my next review

It is easy to take daily in my breakfast and mixed in my evening meal.
I can’t yet comment on how effective it is until my next blood test but I’m so pleased to find a healthy way to get my Plant sterols instead of using a fortified margarine.

So far I’m feeling better since I stopped my Lipitor tablets now just wait to see how my cholesterol is

I have only started into 2nd week. Recently found out cholestrol 5.3 so wanted to do naturally & have changed diet & increased exercise Expect to see some results in 2 to 3 months..

Has a good taste . Is not gluey like psyllium alone . Don’t know if it has effect on cholesterol until used for time . Arrived quickly and good customer service .

I have had the product less than one month, can't rate whether it has an impact on my cholesterol levels at this time. Service is excellent

This company is fast with delivery, very reliable and the product is good. Will wait and see if my cholesterol has lowered some next blood test

I have only just started using it , I did do a blood test like it recommended and it was high so hopefully in a couple of months , will test again and see results, I use it in the morning in my cereal, I actually like it 😄

blends well with my favourite muesli, aids digestion gently - flatter stomach after a few days! Only just started using it, awaiting longer-term results in lowered cholesterol.

I have only been taking for week, but so far fantastic. So will review in couple mths again
