Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience shopping with us. We welcome all feedback as this allows us to highlight areas in our service that need considerable improvement.
I apologise that part of the order was out of stock at the point of order. Unfortunately, our website is not stock controlled but this is a part of our service we are working on to improve. We like to hold as much stock as possible of our best selling products so we can fulfil orders, however the items ordered were not stocked items. Due to an increased demand in recent weeks of this particular product, our supplier too fell below their usual stock levels and for this I can only apologise.
Under normal circumstances, the lead time advertised online would have easily been fulfilled however due to shipping restrictions, many of our suppliers and ourselves included have experienced delays. I cannot apologise enough that when contacting us we were unable to give you a more confirmed date, however without the goods being in stock it was difficult for us to do so.
We have fallen below our usual standard of service and this simply is not good enough. We can only hope you provide us with an opportunity in the future for us to exceed your expectations.

Still not received my order 11 working…
Still not received my order 11 working days later. Customer service keep promising delivery on certain dates which come and go. Refusal to refund delivery costs despite delivery taking double the time I had paid for. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for a lack of communication in regards to your order. We should never leave it to our customers to chase their delivery date. In truth, at the point of process an email should have been sent to you to advise when the delivery was due and by who. From looking into this, I can see this basic level of communication was not actioned which in turn caused confusion, upset and frustration. I cannot apologise enough for this.
Unfortunately, as we reliant on the supplier delivering your order any dates received were only estimated and we could never guarantee them. We understand this causes a lot of inconvenience if tradesmen are booked in, which is why we advise not to book in the installer until all goods have been received and are deemed to be fit for purpose. Nevertheless, we should have kept you informed of any restocking dates or delays with your order and on this part we have severely let ourselves down.
We have fallen below our usual standard of service and this simply is not good enough. We can only hope you provide us with an opportunity in the future for us to exceed your expectations.

The item i ordered
The item i ordered , a boiler part which i desperately needed never arrived after10 days even though i paid £7.00 for delivery for a tiny parcell . I contacted Low cost plumbing and they investigated , they called me back and said the delivery company left it at the local post office as they could not find my property ,my property is 30 years old and i have never had a problem on any deliverys in the 24 years i have lived here .

No service at all
No service at all. Took my money on 6th October for a bathroom cabinet due to be delivered in 5 to 7 days. I called them after two weeks and was told it was out of stock and they would contact the manufacturer to find out more information and would keep me informed. I heard nothing so I called today, 6th November and got the same story that it still hadn’t arrived from the manufacturer and they would chase it up and call me back. This time they did call back saying that the manufacturer could not tell them when it would be available so I have requested a refund. The issue for me is their failure to keep me informed as promised particularly when I had paid in advance.
