very useful service
i have been using service for 3 months, about to extend for another 6 months, genuinely awesome service, particularly during these tuff times of covid, one thing I would love to suggest if possible could have access to site 27/7 or some hours at least on the weekends

Great value and outstanding service
Great value and outstanding service. The Team are very professional and always are available and supportive whenever I have made contact. The set up process was super quick and efficient and I really appreciated the updates with the account set-up. A really great service and I cannot recommend highly enough!

Very good service
Very good service. They are consistently delighted to facilitate your postal needs in that all important business hub that is Central London. They are trustworthy and offer a superbly convenient digitising service; sparing one the obligation of collecting one's post in person. I have not had the satisfaction of utilising this element of the service, since I am never too distant, but I am sure the convenience would be indispensable to some. It is an excellent option for receiving parcels at inopportune times when one is unable to do so in person.

I've only been signed up with LowCost LetterBox for a week so I haven't experienced the breadth of their service so far. However, they were very prompt with replying to my questions and getting my mailbox setup with the appropriate documentation, which only took a day or so. (It would have been quicker if I replied to messages faster!)

A professional and friendly service
I’ve generally been happy with this service, although I’ve had a few problems with payments, so there could be improvements made to their efficiency. The staff have always been friendly and responsive though and have resolved any issues I’ve had.
