Today we had a delivery guy named Jacques who was great! When he came the office was still closed and he came back later to make sure we had the water we needed. Very grateful for that.

I am especially fond of my deliverer, Callum who always has a smile on his face and is always prepared and very knowledgeable on any questions I ask regarding the machine, filters or water.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the mineral water itself is top quality. However, the highlight was the delivery. The driver, Callum, went above and beyond. It is always an absolute pleasure to receive our love water deliveries. From the organisation at the office with Jen and Kaye to the drop off from Callum…it’s a great experience all round. They’re a great team and never see us go without. Callum is brilliant and worth his weight in gold!

Excellent service following a slight administrative error, our delivery driver Harrison didn't have the correct bottles, I suspected that this would mean we wouldn't receive water until the following week. How wrong I was! Harrison re-delivered the needed water the SAME DAY! Really appreciated effort from Harrison and the Love Water team, especially in this hot weather.
