Scam. Absolutely do not recommend. I bought headphones without being able to see them in the picture. What they sent me can be compared to garbage. It's like a dog bit them, plus the included cable couldn't be plugged in so it was impossible to even try them out. It looks like they're selling goods obtained somewhere on the market. Literally. After returning and refunding, they deducted 30%! I guess I can be happy that they sent me some money. And of course they deleted my review from their site. Definitely don't order goods from them.

Stole £6,000 as a debtor to our company. Avoid. Scam alert!

Got an absolute bargain on a used A50 gaming headset - been looking for one for months at a reasonable price, and found one here.

After 4 months of good use, it suddenly stopped working. I contacted support, they collected the item the next day, and sorted out a replacement after discovering they couldn't repair it. Great service and value all-round.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Tom failed to provide a refund for a broken Sony Walkman Waterproof MP3; sent a replacement not packaged properly so broken on arrival. He wanted the broken item back before issuing a refund but didn't collect it so no intention of giving a refund. Wasted 3 months emailing to and fro with Tom when he could have just said no refunds from the start. I guess he's one of those people who enjoys being an i***t. Don't bother with this dodgy set-up, the other Trustpilot reviews are around 50% bad so do check them first.

Ordered a chat adapter for my Xbox as the price couldn’t be beat. The item didn’t set dispatched but I got an email
From Tom explaining why the item was delayed. I said I would leave it for a week to hope the issue could be resolved. After a week Tom informed me that another item had been prioritised for me. I’ve just received my item and I’m over the moon.

I don’t mind that there was a delay in me getting it as the rest of the experience had been excellent. People can’t wait to write bad reviews but i can assure you this site is a great place to order from.

Bought at least 6 games from these guys now. Not always the cheapest, but I love the way they re-seal the games and they arrive in like-new condition. Usually when you order used games from other companies they come covered in half-ripped stickers, fingerprints all over the disc etc. I'm happy to pay a little more with Love Tech, knowing they come in tip-top condition and I don't need to clean them up myself.

Used their support once to get a delivery update and they responded literally within minutes, so I'm not sure what happened with these other reviews.

Not bought any electronics etc yet from them, just games - and the phones/laptops look way overpriced, so won't be ordering these. You have to do your research before ordering with them to ensure you aren't overpaying - as the other review mentions, some of their stuff is more expensive than new! Which makes no sense.

For games and consoles though, highly recommended by me and I'll continue to order my games with them. Thanks!

Complete rip off! All you need to do is visit their site and see some of the prices!! £110 for a used Nintendo switch game?? Definitely avoid! Absolutely disgusting the way they treat potential customers too. Don't pay that price when you can get it brand new for 60-70% of their asking price. Really doubt it's a real company.

Dodgy website. Paid £178 for dvs interface. My product never arrived and no response from my emails. Avoid!

Fraudulent site. Items never arrive. No one ever responds to emails or contact form. Avoid at all costs.
