I purchased two sofas and am absolutely thrilled with them. The workmanship, quality and finish is excellent! I cannot praise this firm highly enough from the initial order through to the delivery ... nothing was too much trouble.

Would of given 5 stars but the fabric for our sofas was damaged so delivery was delayed.
Apart from that, the quality and appearance is fantastic and we couldn't be happier!

After lengthy and exhaustive research, this was the ONLY company in the UK that I could find, from which I could purchase a high-backed FABRIC chesterfield. Having sent innumerable e-mails to the company requesting the most minute details regarding measurements (all responded to immediately and with great courtesy) I visited the showrooms, some 3 hours drive away from my home. The staff at the showroom were polite, helpful and friendly, without being at all 'pushy' and it was a very useful experience. I thereafter ordered my new sofa, which was delivered today on exactly the day that I had been notified and at exactly the time. The drivers could not have been more obliging and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. The products are very well made, there is a huge selection of styles and colours and the entire experience has been an example of Old Fashioned Customer Service, which I thought had gone the way of the dinosaur. Please keep up the good work - I for one, am a Very Happy Bunny indeed.

We contacted Lovely Sofas initially because we loved the shape of the wingback chairs. We wanted to use a custom fabric to create two chairs. The ordering process was incredibly simple. The chairs were delivered on time and the craftsmanship was perfect. They look amazing in the room that they are placed in. I would thoroughly recommend Lovely Sofas.

We had been looking for ages foe a sofa to match one we have reupholstered at a local shop. However we could not manage to find the right shade of red. We than saw you website which said that you do a bespoke service. Your staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I contacted the fabric company direct to order the same fabric our other sofa was covered in but they said that they only supplied direct to businesses. That was no problem though as you offered to order it on our behalf. We now have a matching sofa sitting proudly in our living room. Many Many thanks.

The ladies in the showroom were helpful to a fault but no one was pushing for a sale.
They did what they said, called when they said, delivered when they said.

Nothing was too hard and they didn't double the price when we asked for something bespoke so we got an amazing 3metre sofa which looks perfect for a realistic price.

No one has one like it and the craftsmanship is obvious in the sofa. I would definately recommend them and if we ever need to get anything else we will going back to them straight away.

I wanted a nice sofa for my new house and was pretty uninspired by the offerings in the major retailers. In the end I decided on a chesterfield as they are a little bit different and have a lot of character, perfect for a Victorian house. I also decided that leather would be too cold in winter and sticky in summer and so that's where LovelySofas stepped in. I ordered the free samples and chose a colour that I liked and ordered my chesterfield. I had piece of mind buying from such an experienced firm and when it arrived I could not be happier. The value for money is very good and it looks great in the living room. Thanks for great service and a truly timeless sofa. I would have no hesitation in ordering from LovelySofas if I wanted another sofa!

right from day one when i first inquired about a sofa i liked, the service has been first class, right up to time of delivery of my order, even when i was in ireland for my dads funeral in november they rang me to see if i approved of the fabric sample and i explained the situtation they waited till i got back to the uk, and still made the deadline for delivery for christmas. certanily would not hesitate to use lovely sofa's again

I came across the website by chance. I was a little unsure whether to order a sofa online but am so pleased that I did. Communication with the sales dept was friendly and very informative. We had to wait slightly longer than we would have had we bought the sofa from a shop but it was most definately worth the wait. The delivery men were very friendly and told us how to care for the sofa and reminded us of the guarantee. We are absolutely thrilled and everyone that's seen the sofa has remarked on the style and quality. If you're thinking of buying one of their products then don't hesitate. You'll be hard pushed to find better service and quality.

I was a bit nervous about ordering this sofa without actually seeing and touching it first but I shouldn't have been concerned at all! The thorough process you go with to approve fabrics by post and the confirmation of your spec over the phone means that you end up with exactly what you ordered. My sofa ended up being 1/3 of the price of an almost exact sofa on the "High Street" and to my mind is much sturdier and has a better finish, my price also included the protective coating. Great service and delivery, can't fault Lovely Sofas and I have told all my friends about them!

Really happy with the sofa. I had reservations about ordering a sofa over the internet without sitting on it first but was put at ease with the reviews I read. Very comfortable and looks great.

second to none , great staff , great design , workmanship and a very good quality sofa.
Very good value piece of furniture ........and it looks very solid and is even super
comfortable . Made in Lancashire and not in a sweatshop somewhere by children who should be at school .

Well we was ready for our new suite to be delivered on the 1st October 2013 we was wondering if we had done the right thing by ordering it on line and not sitting in it or see what the fabric was like but after reading about the company I felt confident that we had done the right thing
Well I was right the service was next to none very polite could not do enough for you and it was as if they meant it and as for the suite it goes very well in our room it makes it look lighter and it seems to be made very well at less it is firm and comfortable and I have not had back ache when I am sitting for a long time
so we are very pleased with it
