Excellent friendly service. We are very pleased with our sofa it is very comfortable and good quality. We asked if the sofa could be ready any quicker to arrive before our baby and it did, excellent delivery service too. Would definitely buy a sofa from here again and would highly recommend.

Our leather sofa is absolutely beautiful. I had samples of fabric and leather prior to ordering and it is exactly as I wanted. We will be purchasing again for another room in the future.

Wow. You now have a loyal customer - won't hesitate to return when I need another one, although it's so well made that may be a while! The sofa is absolutely perfect - Daniel medium in a soft mid grey linen - looks top quality, beautiful fabric, extremely comfortable. I am thrilled! The removable wooden plinth (chose oak finish) is very nice indeed. I just love it. And thank you to your wonderful delivery team, what a great advert for your company.

Excellent professional service from start to finish, plus the products are hand made and you can see them being made on the premises. We designed and ordered a bespoke piece, which they hadn’t made before and the service, design, follow up and ultimately the product was just as we wanted. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend lovely sofas (Saxon furniture in Bolton) to anyone.

Great sofas and good quality but delivery arrangements poor. They only seem to deliver once a month to Bucks and if you cannot be there to accept delivery you have to wait for another month. Unlike some other sofa manufacturers, they do not dispose of current sofas

I recently took delivery of two lovely sofas. From ordering through to delivery the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I am delighted with the look and quality of my sofas which have been much admired.

Most helpful staff at all levels including delivery people. The show room with viewing over the workshop is a novel selling point. I am delighted with my chesterfields which have been much admired.

The whole experience with Lovely Sofas was most refreshing. Our chair and cuddler sofa are beautiful and well finished. The communications and updates from the Company leading up to ndelivery were excellent. The delivery guys just topped it off - I was 3o minutes late getting back but they kindly waited and weren't put out at all - took the new sofas in and assembled them and removed all packaging - with a smile! Quite refreshing these days. Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with our new sofa and chair from Lovely Sofas! It was a risk ordering online without seeing them and trying them out for comfort, but we couldn’t be happier! We ordered a Bella sofa and Frankie arm chair and they are both perfect, super comfy and very stylish. The team at Lovely Sofas were brilliant and called a couple of times to confirm things. So much good things to say about Lovely Sofas. Firstly the excellent customer service I received, they were always prompt and helpful when I was talking to them via emails or on the phone, they explained in detail on every question I had, which re assured me and built my trust. They helped me from start to finish from general questions, to then questions about payment plan. I loved their website as you really can imagine what your sofas will look like as you get to choose the size and fabric! To put my mind at rest as I don’t live local to the shop they arrange for the delivery guys to come out and check that the sofas I wanted would fit ok, they were also very friendly.

I absolutely love my sofas and foot stool ! it was just what I expected there was no disappointment at all, they look great, the quality is fabulous and are very comfortable, I am so pleased with them and Lovely Sofa’s! I would 100% recommend these to anyone! 

I ordered 2 sofas in grey chenille. A 2 seater and s 3 seater. I was worried about ordering online and not seeing the product but was sent a swatch of material to see the colour. The whole process was so easy. The sales staff and delivery men were polite and helpful. The sofas are excellent quality, well made and I'm really pleased with them. They are so comfortable too. I would highly recommend to anyone considering them.

I love this sofa......really comfy......just a nice, compact size......excellent, speedy service and delivery.....the men carried it to the room of my choice, unpacked, assembled and tested it.....really good value for money and you couldn't get better service anywhere.......thank you.
