I wanted to complement Jordan (Painter & Decorator Harleston) not only for his quality of work and attention to detail which is outstanding! But also for his friendly nature, communication and service.

We completed on our new home this week and our sales advisor Emily has been amazing from start to finish through the whole process. We were always updated, able to view the property and are thrilled with our new home.

It is an ongoing battle to get anything done. Excuse after excuse and repeat visits to ‘inspect’, by people not qualified to do so. Endless repeat calls to customer service who don’t actually do anything. Having to go to NHBC next. Actually feel sorry for the guy on site who turns up with no idea why he is back again. They have so many photos of our property, they can fill an album!

I am currently undergoing a home purchase with the help of Heather and the team at Lovell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Heather has been exceptionally professional from the very beginning. She had listened carefully to my initial queries, responded promptly, and always provided clear and helpful information. Her ability to signpost me to the right resources is making the process straightforward and much less stressful. Heather’s friendly approach and genuine care has stood out, and she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure I feel supported.

The wider support team are also contributing to a smooth journey, providing timely updates and assistance whenever needed. Their collaborative approach to date ensures that everything is going as planned, and I am feeling informed and reassured throughout the current purchase.

I'm an older buyer,and it's many years since I purchased a property. Adrienne, the sales agent in Haverfordwest, explained everything to me in detail and with clarity. She gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them to my satisfaction.

The sales team communicate well and professionally.

The team were very fantastic and hospitable. I think having explored many other developers, as soon as we walked into the marketing suite, the reception we got made us feel welcome and knew that was going to be our home.

Juanita and Anieze were amazing personality, and really helped us with making our decisions.

Happy with the ease of buying. Only negative is that I wasn't made aware of additional extras, ie vanity unit on show in the show house, but not included in my purchase. This should have been made clear at point of purchase.
Larry and David were very professional and helped in choosing colours and flooring.

Jordan the decorator attended to repair the stair stringer. Good job done. Quick and thorough. Thanks

To begin with, in my journey of buying a house with Lovell in King’s Lynn, Hailey was very supportive and answered all my questions well. Everything was explained clearly. When it was time for the exchange of contracts and completion was approaching, I encountered issues with my own conveyancing solicitor. It was a very stressful moment.
During this time, Juanita, who was on the development site, was incredibly helpful. Without her assistance, I might not be living in my new home today. She guided me through what needed to be done at a very crucial stage of the buying process. Juanita played a vital role in helping me reach completion.David was also great.

Now, I am happily living in my new home, and Juanita continues to be helpful whenever I have enquiries. I can truly say the Lovell team has been very supportive. Great job!

Tennyson Fields development has one of the most efficient, knowledgeable and honest sales lady in Sharon Jackson.
From our first visit, to look at properties to our purchase, Sharon has been an absolute shining example of professionalism, intertwined with someone who genuinely cares.
We have had weekly phone calls. She addressed any and all queries that arose. Supported us through the selling - and now through the purchasing. Her knowledge of processes regarding the purchase and new builds is both reassuring and impressive!
Lovell homes have built some stunning homes and we are looking forward to moving in.
I am confident that we will have all the support we will and might need in the future from Sharon and the team I have yet to meet or deal with.
I would say that the assisted offers are helpful. The Help to sell scheme is straightforward but I do feel that further information from that group would have been useful. Processes, such as who to speak to regarding questions and queries could be made clearer, from the beginning.
So far, so good. 😊

Teresa in the holsworthy sales office, made us feel welcome, and through the whole prosses helped us, Teresa is very understanding and knows her job, I value Teresa alot, I can not thank Teresa enough for everything she has done for me and my partner, this is our first home together, we are so excited and cant wait to move in to our new home, thank you so much Teresa and thank you lovell.

The sales team were amazing. Jade was patient to answer all our questions, provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision whilst also being open and objective with us as we explored options within Lovell homes.

It been an easy process so far, and have been supported by the motivated staff, nothing has been a problem

Attention to detail before we moved in was second to none, helpful, friendly, would answer any questions we had. However, since we moved in on Feb 2024, we've had no end of issues with snagging of which 90% has not been fixed. The en-suite toilet was leaking down into the livingroom, plumber attending, switched the water off "ordered a new part" and I have went without an en-suite toilet for two weeks now with no indication despite regular calls as to when it will be fixed.

We've had so much settlement in the houses that several doors have been "fixed" but still do not open and shut correctly. The shower in the main bathroom leaked down to the kitchen, this was fixed but the walls and skirting boards that were damaged upon repairing it have never been fixed. The third bedroom is for my newborn son, we haven't used the room since we moved and have now discovered the radiator does not work.

Good company but once you get the keys they are a complete joke.
