Bella was absolutely amazing throughout our home-buying journey. She was incredibly helpful, always available, and communicated clearly every step of the way. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and most importantly, she made us feel safe and confident throughout the purchase of our new home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better sales agent and would highly recommend Bella to anyone looking to buy a home.

We went to view the Edward’s Birch site near Morpeth and were impressed by the quality and variety of the homes.

We met with Bella who couldn’t do enough to help us and provided us with all the information we needed and was clearly very knowledgeable about all the details of the site. We’re looking forward to working with her to find our ideal home.

We’re a couple in our 20s looking to buy our first home in the Laurel Gate development, and from the very beginning Vicki Phelps has been incredible. We first contacted her earlier this year about early bird reservations, and she has been fantastic from day one.

Vicki has answered every question we’ve had and offered invaluable advice to help us secure our dream Lovell home. She’s kept in regular contact throughout the process, often going above and beyond her working hours to reassure us and make sure we felt supported every step of the way. She has also liaised directly with our mortgage advisor, making the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free.

When we initially enquired, not all of the information was available, but Vicki promised she would keep us updated—and she did exactly that as soon as she had news. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done so far. We’re so excited and hopeful to complete on our first home with Vicki’s continued support 🤍 x
