Now they have had their product and my money for 8 MONTHS. I get nothing but a run around every time I inquire about what the hold up is. Fraudulent company practice or grossly incompetent? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible customer service. The loupes were poorly fitting and they were initially refusing to allow me to return after multiple requests to return the item. Finally after returning, I have not received any updates regarding my refund. I have reached out multiple times. It's been a month. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend as this is completely fraudulent and against their "guarantee" they don't stand behind at all.
