I didn’t read the expected delivery time correctly on the website before I purchased, when I got the email for the estimated delivery I panicked as the engagement ring wouldn’t be delivered in time to go on holiday, i rang the store and got the ring ready in time for me to collect to go on holiday

I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. Before I made my purchase I asked a number of questions relating to the product and they were responded to so quickly. I felt happy to proceed and bought an emerald and diamond trilogy ring as a celebration for my 30th wedding anniversary. We are going on holiday to celebrate to Northumberland and I asked if the ring could be brought forward by a few days so I could wear it whilst away. This was not a problem and the ring arrived on the day specified. The ring itself was beautifully packaged along with a valuation certificate. The emerald and diamonds are natural and so stunning and I’m aware that I would have paid much more elsewhere. I am over the moon and want to thank Shannon and the rest of the team. I will not hesitate to use Lorel again.

I had already bought the engagement ring from them initially, and then I had chosen a wedding ring from them too because I was very impressed and happy with the first purchase I had made with them.

This ring, they were able to slightly modify the design to make it fit well with the engagement ring I got from them previously. The real life images they supplied to help me with how it would look like was brilliant and not expected. I was again very impressed and satisfied with the service I got from them. Everything amazing from start to finish.

Hopefully my fiancee will love the ring and hopefully it will fit when she gets it on.

Great communication from start to finish which was reassuring, nothing was too much trouble. They were even able to bring our collection date forward so we could take the ring on our celebration weekend. We visited them to look at different styles and sizes before purchasing, and were given great guidance on options and no pressure. The diamond solitaire ring is BEAUTIFUL, and was great value. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

While we do not live close enough to Newcastle to be able to make an appointment to visit the on-line consultation was very helpful, and helped us to make up our minds.
Delivery was exactly as we had been promised, and we are very happy with the rings
