Look good feel great smell fantastic Recensioni

Amazing company my son (14) has been asking for Mancera instant crush for a while ( niche aftershave). I ordered from here and received a few days later. The customer service is great and their replies are super fast. I will definitely be ordering again.

Sent an email at 4:59 to request a refund for an incorrect purchase, and got it refunded by 5:10. Top tier customer service would most definitely recommend this website to other people!

Customer service is first class. Bought some cologne as a gift for Xmas, when opened, we could not get the lid oof, the whole top part came off. It was unusable.

Jon replied, arranged postage to return. Very odd, when Jon tried, the bottle/spray worked perfectly- he even provided a video to show it being opened. No idea why it didn’t work for us!

Jon then arranged to return the bottle and even gave me a discount. Cannot fault the customer service.

Massive thanks to Jon at lookgoodfeelgreatsmellfantastic. I was looking for Frank Boclet Cocaine for a while untill I stumbled upon this site/shop that was selling it at a very good price. I ordered on Wednesday and arrived Friday morning just before Christmas which I had doubt in my mind with postal services being really busy.

Will be using Jon's business again for sure, great products at great prices. Communication was good also.

Thank you

I have just placed my second order with you, when I told a friend about your great prices, she said to cheap to be genuine products, can you reassure me please.l was pleased with my first order.

Jon is such a top guy. Always on hand to help. Ships really promptly - and above all, always remains competitive. You can tell he does his market research as prices are always best on the net. Can’t fault him, great business and a true passion for fragrance. Only place that gets my fragrance business now!

Ordered PDM Layton Exclusif at an amazing price and received 2 days later. Also had a product enquiry that was answered the very next morning.

Great standard of service. Will use again for sure. Keep up the great work.

Jon the owner took the time personally to resolve the issue I had as my perfume for my birthday unfortunately had been smashed by royal mail. Jon personally apologised and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund of course I wanted my perfume as it was for my birthday. Thank you Jon for the personal touch will 100% be back

What an amazing experience. I saw a posting for Parfums De Marley Carlisle (notoriously an expensive fragrance) for a good price. I had a few questions and they were very quick to get back to me. Once ordered the item came quickly and as advertised.

My son wants a bottle of Mancera Red Tobacco for Christmas and being a bargain hunter I googled where I could buy it for the best price and found Look good feel great. Was sceptical because they don't have many reviews and it is still a lot of money for a bottle of aftershave. However it just arrived and my fears were alleviated, well packaged and arrived very quickly. Saved me a fair amount too - many thanks would deffo use again.

I purchased a well known item which was delivered swiftly and on time. I needed to ask one question which I did by emailing the company. I received a very rapid and efficient reply which was impressive and answered my query. I shall certainly be using this company again.

Better than your usual shops, great prices and literally arrived within a couple of days no problems. Will be using these again next time.

Great! Super simple and easy to use website, ordering process was as easy as you like. Paid for 1-3 days shipping, which was a reasonable price, especially considering the aftershave I bought was at the best price on the market! I got order confirmation first thing Monday morning (I ordered sunday eve), and it was shipped out within the hour! It was delivered within 2 days and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be back, I hope for some more fragrance options available soon!

I have ordered two fragrances off this company. Nishane hacivat and pdm Carlisle.
Both arrived promptly and well packaged.
Both were incredibly well priced.
So far very impressed with this company.

Excellent service. Ordered on Monday night and arrived by Wednesday.
Item was received well packaged and item in perfect condition.
Will definitely use this service again! Thanks! Jason

Order went through and then just got cancelled 6 days later. Really poor service

Received a bottle of layton, very good price and service

At the time of purchase, the price was the best available anywhere for the fragrance I was buying. The delivery was prompt and the product was packed carefully. Very promising, will definitely keep looking at their website to grab good deals in the future

This is review is for the company "Look Fantastic" and NOT for the company "Look good feel great smell fantastic". "Look Fantastic" use Evri for their deliveries. A disaster, since Evri are well-known for missed, missing and messed-up deliveries, due to their drivers ignoring safe place instructions or failing to deliver on the date/time specified. And to cap it all, when Evri don't deliver your parcel, you have to go through a cumbersome and time-consuming process messaging Look Fantastic through their Message Centre, as they don't provide a phone number for queries. Their Message Centre is not the clearest of sites anyway (why can't they email the customer direct like other retailers?).
Big hassle and such a waste of my time.

Amazing customer experience.

Just received my fragrance that I ordered yesterday and received the next day. So glad I did, I was a little hesitate at first but after a response from the director over the product, the fragrance was delivered with no issues whatsoever.

Great website, much desired product and very competitive prices. This will be my go-to fragrance site from now on. Thanks a bunch from a very happy customer.
