Never Again
This was a total and utter disaster.
I booked this 3 weeks ago and waited this long as I was promised a courtesy car, I phone twice in the lead up to confirm that I would have a car, yes Mrs Wells, all booked for you. 15 minutes before my 9.15 appointment while I struggle from Virgina Water to Walton I get the call no car.
We agreed that they would have a Quick Look, make a quick report or any parts.
I was supposed to be working, I was left stuck for 3 hours at VW unable to work with my boss calling asking where the hell I was! Totally unacceptable, I was left fuming. I had to ask for my car back to get out, which they parked in the very worst parking space available. When I got my car back it was Lit up with warnings and errors, which I then had to take somewhere else to have removed.
Rubbish service, broken promises and left trapped and nearly cost me my job. Thanks Lookers!
I will not ever bring my cars back here.

I've been a customer of Lookers, Walton for over 13 years. and have always used them for any servicing or other work due on my Tiguan. The Service team have been unfailingly friendly and efficient. Easy to book MOT
Easy to book MOT. Quick check-in. Nice friendly service staff. Good communication.
The premises are having construction work done, so the site is untidy. Zero parking spaces when I arrived. No valet on site, so I was given a voucher for the car wash and valet locally.

The team at Lookers were very good….
The team at Lookers were very good indeed. They know their products very well and explained the various features and options clearly. Great 0% financing deal too, all clearly explained and executed. We initially dealt with Callum and then with Luke. Luke steered us through the delivery and handover process very well.
