Liaising with Cameron while we considered our options and test drove a possible California before working out a deal was a pleasant experience. Having initially turned up without an appointment we were allowed to very welcome and comfortable and Cameron was able to impart much knowledge and experience from his own travels to help cement our choice.

Zero iff I could do so! 3 times now I have booked my sons Motability car in for several reasons(vw caddy) the staff are generally ok, except the Spanish lady eho is so grumpy and I have never seen her smile once! I have even witnessed her being horrible to another member of staff!
The communication between booking in and staff onsite is terrible and a simple job takes all day! Twice I have waited for my car to be finished for minor errors that took over 6 hours to be done and when I got home on the 2nd time a day later the error started again!
Don’t waist your time hear- life is too short

They were giving updates of the service…
They were giving updates of the service from time to time. But I should have been told that it’s going to take up to 3-4hours for the service and MOT. The lady at the reception just informed me when I got there and I wasn’t that impressed with her attitude towards me. She didn’t even ask me to sit down while booking me in. But the guys that did the work on my vehicle were great. Thank you guys.

Great service and lovely people at Lookers.
I visited Lookers last week for my second service and MOT for my Van under my Service Plan. As on my first ever visit, all of the staff are just so friendly and helpful! My van was booked in at 2.00pm, and the 'Ready to Go', at 4.00pm as promised. A nice lounge and coffee machine to work whilst waiting.

Shout out to Matt for being brilliant
We needed work doing to our 2019 VW California. Service, MOT, an info screen that had failed, a new windscreen following a chip on the motorway, door hinge replacement, kitchen door replacement, full check on campervan elements - the works.
Matt Macdonald was absolutely fantastic. The info screen required replacement and it wasn’t necessarily covered under the ongoing warranty policy we had, but Matt fought on our behalf and the warranty company eventually agreed to replace it. Everything else was sorted out for a reasonable price and the campervan sailed through its MOT and came back sparkling inside and out.
All of the people we deal with are great, but Matt is exceptional. He cares.

The service was excellent and swift but the loan vehicle was filthy
The service was excellent and swift. The staff were friendly and informative. The only thing that let the experience down was the loan van provided, which was filthy inside and had clearly been driven repeatedly by a heavy smoker (strong smell of cigarettes and ash everywhere).

I picked the van up and it had not been…
I picked the van up and it had not been cleaned. For an expensive service I would expect this to be given as a minimum. Furthermore as soon as I started the engine a number of warning lights came on which woild have been visible at the tike of service, none of which were mentioned.

I rate my experience purely on my interactions with Chris from the sales department, he is an outstanding credit to the company and I cannot thank him enough for my new purchase I am really over the moon with my T30. Chris made me feel at ease with his friendly and non pushy demeanor unlike many other sales people I have come across in the past, a mere sense of any pushy behaviour and and I would have been off elsewhere, the whole experience has been smooth and positive and as such I will be recommending this company to friends and family. Rude reception, 2 day service and no car wash.
Firstly I was greeted by rude woman who asked where I had bought my vehicle and that they could not MOT it as it wasn't on the government system. She went on the system to show me and it WAS on the government system. Then the service should have taken a day. I was told that a gearbox oil change was needed and so it would then be 2 days. A technician then rang me to say it didn't need the gearbox oil change, but it would still take 2 days. When I picked the vehicle up it hadn't been washed despite a bill of £600 on top of the monthly £33 service plan.

Amazing Customer Service
We were looked after from arrival to leaving, Matt was amazing and arranged for a lift for us to a local cafe as it was raining.

Great VW Van Dealership in Guildford
Under the VW Service Plan for my Campervan this was my second visit to dealership and this time for a MOT. As with my very first visit for a van service I was very pleased with the attention I was given and this time it was John who looked after me and my van. One of the cars sales people helped me get a coffee from their complex machine as he noticed me struggling of how it worked!! All lovely people at Lookers Peasmarsh.
