From booking my MOT, at a date/time that fitted into my schedule, to the Service Reception check-in, the swiftness of the job, and the tasty hot choclate whislt waiting - All 5*
Special mention to Chelsea on the Service reception desks, as she always greets me warmly, always with a smile, and has a great sense of humour too.
Very knowledgable too, and has helped me several times in the past, and saved me time and money too, so for me thats 6*+
Shout out to Zoe (Head of Sales team) as she also chatted whilst I waited, and answered all the wierd 'customer' questions I threw her way, and impressed me too - another 6*
TBH, I can't wait for my next visit ;-))

Decided now was the right time to upgrade our car, waited for the lucky buyers to pick up their 26 Plates, leaving a better choice of Mokka's on Lookers forecourt. As a family we went over on Sunday, had a look around, took the keys for a few to have a sit-in and fiddle, absolutely no hassling from the Lookers Team, no pressure and no certainly no pressure selling.
Chose the Mokka we wanted, and made arrangements to pick up the following Friday.
All the agreement paperwork is ... well digital, so a scribble on the screen in a few places (another tree saved 😊)
Carl followed up midweek to ensure the payment had gone through and called on the Friday mid-morning to say it was ready for collection
Polished to within an inch of its life, half-a-tank of petrol, a good handshake and away we went

So easy, and again... no pressure to buy

I was happy with the service provided and repairs were carried out quickly and return of my car was great.

The main reason for buying our new car was we liked the car and the colour and also the professional attitude of Carl the salesperson who again we bought a car from he made us feel welcome and remembered us from buying our last car,he did not pressure us in anyway and we moved at our pace looking at a couple of Mokka,s in different colours and when we made our decision he was there and took us through all the paperwork and gave us options for warranty,s etc I would like to say a big thank you to Carl and recommend him for employee of the month if you have that scheme.

I have dealt with Lookers for many years and ALWAYS have a good experience. The staff are always friendly and I have never found need to complain to sales staff or service staff.Well done.

My expectations were met, they listened to what I wanted and did not try and steer me away from this.

We visited the Ellesmere Port branch of lookers and were met by Martin, He was so friendly and filled us full of confidence after explaining we were looking to purchase a new Corsa.
He asked Cristian too look after us. Cristian was brilliant and so knowledgable he made us feel at ease straight away and answered any questions we had about the spec of the new car.
