Brilliant experience of buying my car from Audi Tyneside. Tito Davidson was very helpful and professional. I did have a slight problem with the car I was purchasing but once mentioned it was sorted within a few days. Overall really good customer service and well looked after.

We had a great experience from going in to browse until driving away in our new car about one week later. There was no hard sell or pressure and Daniel Hall who attended to us throughout was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very thorough every step of the way!

excellent service , great support , i had been looking at buying a new audi for a few months , and while getting a service , i was impressed with the new A5 avant , Jon Kells showed around the showroom model . i explained the spec i wanted etc managed to find a car i liked and managed to secure it. car was delivered and handed over on the day promised and handed over my previous Audi with no problem , all paperwork etc fully explained .
any little problem i had was addressed by staff at north tyneside audi promptly

Buying a car was so easy
Buying a car was so easy, no hassle at all. We were in Audi for 2 hours, had a test drive completed paperwork and paid a deposit. Jon was super friendly and made everything uncomplicated.

Tyneside Audi were brilliant
Tyneside Audi were brilliant from beginning to end.
The day I walked into their showroom to browse and look at different models any questions I had were answered and nothing was a problem, I felt looked after and I as the customer mattered.
I picked up my new vehicle 14/02/26 and have never looked back.
Big shout out to all the sales team but especially Andy Webster, this man never stops and consistently kept me updated (day and night)!!
