I recently collected an Audi A1 Sportback S line from the Audi showroom in Teesside. I have driven cars for many years but this is my first Audi car and, wow, I am impressed.

But I want to focus on the service provided by the staff in the showroom. From my first visit to the showroom to the day that I collected my car, I was impressed with the standard of service and friendliness of the staff. My Sales Executive, Bilal Agha, was exceptional. I have bought many cars over the years and I can say, honestly, that he was the best Executive that I have met. He was professional, friendly and went that extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with both the car and the service provided. Bilal is a real asset to the company. I know that the after-care support will also be good.

I am also very impressed with the arrangements for the collection of my car. I was taken to an area next to the showroom, where the ‘unveiling’ of my car took place. Bilal then spent time to provide details of the various functions on the car. This level of personal support is invaluable.

I hope to enjoy many years of driving my new car and would have no hesitation in returning, and recommending Teesside Audi to others.

We ordered our new car from Teesside Audi and the person who looked after us was Tom Hunter. From the initial order until we received the car Tom kept us up to date with the progress of the car and when we could expect delivery. The service he provided was exceptional to say the least. He is friendly, approachable, likable, knowledgeable, everything you would expect from an Audi Dealership. This is the second time I have requested Tom to assist us as I know he will go out of his way to look after us. He is a great asset to Audi and I believe will go far in his profession. I cannot praise him enough. All the staff at Teesside Audi deserve a mention too, they are polite, courteous and always willing to help. The premises are very presentable and maintained to a high standard. Another person I should mention is Cuz, a really nice person who helped me greatly. I hope that Tom Hunter and everyone at Teesside Audi is made aware of my comments. Please pass on my thanks to Tom and his colleagues.

Tom made the whole process very easy, travelled down from Scotland to pick the car up, I was shown everything I needed to know and away in no time!

Booked car in on line as Audi told us too 930 am service and 1pm for MOT. We asked if it could be ready for 3 pm
It was written on paperwork. Had missed call 10 mins after car dropped off which was to give us the breakdown which we had when booked in. On the booking it had all times confirmed by Audi. 3.30 pm we rang as we had set off and told car not had MOT as the girl went off sick 💁 it was next. Poring down we called in pub to kill time. Really needed someone other than.4.15 7 hours after car dropped off we got a call. On collection the guy said it was delayed because they had to squeeze in extra MOTs’ challenged this as disgraceful as u was booked in. Certainly won’t be returning for next MOT

Ahdil provided excellent service and made the change to my new Audi smooth.
This will be my 13th Audi with many arranged through Ahdil.

Despite how busy they had been on the day of test driving, Bilal ensured to be organised and dealt well with us and other customers. I felt that I was given the time and attention required to make the decision to buy the car.
