Friendly staff. I went to have my car MOTed and service. The car was ready at the time they said I could collect it and they also washed my car. Well worth a visit.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience , car booked in but when turned up was told that it was not but should be ok
Booked for oil sensor problem which was explained to representative, an hour later I was told that there was no problem with the WASHERS to which I responded that it was the oil sensor that was the problem, representative went away and Daisy ( the only one that I would trust at the branch) told me that a sensor needed to be ordered , total waste of time

The service was ok, and average really to say it's a luxury brand so disappointed with the free valet ! They just shook my mats out - false advertising. When my previous vehicle a Toyota went for a service a full valet was always carried out and to a high standard.

My NEW eqa went in to have the steering…
My NEW eqa went in to have the steering wheel put on straight and the tracking sorted. The service manager said it was only the steering wheel which was the problem.
It has come back to me with the tracking needing doing.
Why don't they listen to their customers.
I only drive it, what do I know!

After a long drive from East…
After a long drive from East Sussex to Stourbridge in the West Midlands - I was disappointed ( to put it mildly) to find that within 10 minutes of leaving the showroom in a £24,000 car - a warning came up in the dash saying one of the back tyres was seriously under inflated . I stopped as soon as I found a garage and put air in - but this made no difference . I contacted Mercedes Lookers of Stourbridge asap to inform them, and was told to book it into my nearest Lookers Mercedes ( which is in Eastbourne , East Sussex ) as and I quote “ will probably be just a sensor in the tyre - not a problem”
I went to MB Lookers today and they have told me I need a brand new tyre at close to £300 as they found a nail in it .
Lookers of Stourbridge have basically said hard luck - not our problem .
I thought they would at least pay half towards a new tyre as a minimum and for goodwill .
Feeling very bruised by my experience with Lookers of Stourbridge , West Midlands .
Very poor customer service guys .

Bought a car and this dealership has…
Bought a car and this dealership has stamped the service book twice when the car hadn't even been serviced, doesn't match up woth the mots and the oil is certainly not a few hundred miles old,certainly not smart like in there name
I have pictures to prove but can't upload on here but check the Google reviews where I have done this, also gone to trading standards and dvsa with it.
I did reach out like they are telling me to do but after 4 weeks I'm still waiting on a reply
