Rubbish service
Car booked in 8,30 am and not looked at till late afternoon
A member of my family very poorly and need the car for emergency.
Did not give me a proper diagnosis of the fault on my car.
Only interested in me making. A claim on my insurance to repair the car

Good service poor communication
