Looking to update my pcp contract and meet with Jordan from the sales team, he has been spent helpful with costings, information and all round help. New car i am pleased with and a plan to suit my finances

There was good communication throughout. Also the video of my car in the workshop.

Chester Lookers. No parking, no scenic model to view, not even an acknowledgement from the staff as i stood waiting. Shocking service. Fortunately other dealers are available. Lost sale.

All work carried out well and in a timely manner

Used Lookers Chester for New car ,Brett Davies was the best mobility specialist we have ever dealt with. Communication was excellent, nothing was any trouble and car was ready when he advised and took time to make sure we understood everything before we left.

I’ve had numerous faults since purchasing the vehicle, all of which have now been sorted luckily under warranty. I had lack of communication for 3 weeks whilst my vehicle was in for repair at Lookers Renault, Chester and not only that, but also received unprofessional behaviour, failure to meet promises they made and Renault Kia, Chester selling me a faulty car.

I emailed both the person who sold me my car, Sebastian & head of servicing at Renault Simon nearly 3 weeks ago, 28th Nov, and since then have been ignored and not replied to any of my 3 emails.

Would advise people to stay away from this dealership if this is how they will treat their customers who are purchasing new cars which costs alot

My car’s annual service was well-organised, staff were polite and helpful, communication was good, and the job was finished sooner than expected. And the car was cleaned too!

Renault were so informative and helpful when taking my car for MOT they even offered to drop me off at work. They sorted my recall out while it was in the shop, saving me time and effort as well. Well done Renault Chester you have top notch service!

I have used Lookers Renault Chester for regular servicing since I bought the car there in 2016. On this occasion the car needed some paintwork repairs and the bodyshop did an excellent job. Lookers were very helpful in arranging the work and my service advisor kept me informed at every stage, ensuring the whole process was straightforward and worry free.

I got my Renault Captur from them last year and had my service the other day. Always friendly and efficient.

This is the 2nd year on the run we have took our car to Renault Lookers Chester.
As the previous year the service we received was outstanding.
On both occasions we have dealt with different staff both office and engineers and both times they’ve gone out of their way to be helpful,polite and kind.
One of the main reasons I have returned to Lookers Chester (Renault) is because of the kindness and excellent service I have received each time.
They keep you updated and the lady on the desk even waited 30 minutes beyond her finish time as we were stuck in traffic
We are already looking at our next car for next year and are 99% it will be Lookers Chester (Renault) as the car ((captur plug in hybrid 23 plate) has been an excellent reliable car good looking,excellent economy very nippy we love it!)

Bought a Renault capture from here nothing but problems two springs broken and two rusty shock absorber one which is so badly rusted that’s it is leaking fluid only had the car 6 months it is dangerous they even said so on the video to which they sent me along with over 2000 pounds of repairs

The greetings were friendly and professional, the hospitality was great.
Unfortunately, the fifth star was lost because the promised car wash was very much below par.

The online administration of it great the work carried out on it. Great! The collection and returning great. The only thing to let it down was the car was returned dirty

What a great team you have on the service desk, so welcoming, friendly, funny yet at all times professional, very impressed from start to finish. Great coffee machine too ;)

Double check the price! My vehicle was advertised £200 more on the website than on the forecourt! Asked to purchase at the forecourt price and was told ‘head office controls the prices’. Only that I really wanted the vehicle I was very tempted to walk away. Some issues with getting paperwork correct - incorrect mileage, date of birth- but got there eventually.

Awful customer service did the online check for my mot and service added that I’d need my car back by 2pm to do school run and was told I’ll be lucky to get it back by 5pm (dropped car off at 9.15) i tried to speak to a member of the sales team to be told no I don’t have time because I’m busy with a customer upon looking round I could clearly see the show room was empty, this was the final straw after more than one issue with lookers Renault, my dad has also had nothing but trouble with them and been made to feel like there doing him a favour by fixing the problems with a car they sold as in brilliant working order. If your in the area for a new car I’d recommend fords across the road the Custer service was amazing and I was made to feel like the customer matters
