superb buying experience from lookers renault! Hugo gave me all the information over the phone, and a video by email of the car i was interested in, then i bought it over the phone and went to collect it a few days later, (as i live 120miles away).Hugo was very pleasant and polite, and made sure the car was properly prepared for my visit. many thanks once again, im loving the honda jazz that i bought!

Collected my new car yesterday, what a wonderful experience. Hugo was polite, professional and extremely helpful, the process yesterday was an easy.

The sales team member was very helpful and not pushy in any way. I asked if a couple of extra things could be done on the car and it was no problem at all and for no extra cost. The trade in value offered for my old car was very acceptable in my opinion. The quality of the service/buying experience was like the quality of the car I purchased - excellent.

Called to enquire on a car listed - drove 80 miles to view to view, only to find significant accident damage on the car. Deceptive photos on the listing and a sales rep who basically tried to ignore the obvious. Car stank of cigarette smoke and had clearly not been prepared for sale. They DNGAF and I wont waste any time on this chain again

Spoke with Kieran on the phone for initial enquiry and he formed me it would be Jacob who would help me when I visited to look at the car. Jacob also phoned to confirm this was the case. I explained that If I was going to buy the car, I would like to take it within 48 hrs as I live in London. The car was given a final check over and valeted before I went to visit. I felt confident I was informed about everything so far. Jacob was extremely helpful, answering all my questions with no hesitation. We had a test drive and I was happy to proceed. The transaction and handover was extremely smooth and I was kept informed of everything step. We drove my new car home the same day

I knew what car I wanted when I visited the showroom. The experience couldn’t have been better or easier. Harry was great. No nonsense. Test drove a car. Sat down talked figures and signed on the dotted line. Picked up my new car 3 days later. Highly recommend Lookers to anyone changing car!!

Company went above and beyond to deliver my car six hours away and pick up old car!
Sent video of new car and answered any questions, even getting in the back seat in the rain to check there was enough room for my kids!
Amazing service! Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was helpful, polite and professional.

I phoned up the service desk and Philip Taylor answered saying absolutely no worries and reassuring me it’s ok when I got there and went through the options which was part of the Renault program what to have added on to the service there was no pressure to have them added and he offered me payment options which was great because there was no interest on the monthly payment which I decided to take the plan, my car was washed and vacuumed for me, thank you team Renault for looking after my car!
