Quickly back on the Road
When my daughters 5 year old Nissan Quahqai broke down I arranged for the AA to tow the car to Lookers Newcastle who quickly diagnosed engine failure due to a cooling water problem. The senior service advisor Kyle together with Dean dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and liaised with Nissan UK under a goodwill claim and a week later the car was back on the road with a new engine at no cost to my daughter. Fabulous service from our local Nissan Dealership. I would highly recommend.

The service was booked as a two hour slot. I dropped the car off, had a walk into town and returned to garage. The car was ready by the time I got back. Very good service.

A first class experience
As usual, I was looked after (by Craig this time) extremely well from start to finish. He kept me well informed during the day of the service and MOT and explained what work needed doing in a way which was easy to understand. A first class experience which is why I continue to let Lookers look after my car.

Attentive and Pleasant staff.
Kyle was very attentive and stepped in when Callum was occupied when we first arrived, we were also greeted by both receptionists.
Courtesy Car was available and everything was done with the minimum of fuss.

Appointment time was spot on
Appointment time was spot on, Kyle was waiting for me with a warm welcome. He explained the process and how long the service would be. He kept me updated on the progress even though it was available to view online. He rang me when the car was ready for collection and delivered the car back to where I had dropped it off.

Good customer service, but incredibly overpriced servicing at Lookers Nissan. £337 for a glorified oil change (including an "environmental fee") is scandalous.

Service Overall it was a good experience
Overall it was a good experience , and I give the staff five stars.The only negative was they were unable to resolve something that is very irritating, the display keeps changing from mph to kph . The service staff say Nissan are aware but haven’t gave them the fix
