Picked car up was filthy kids sweets in front of car we don't have young kids, phoned told them car was full of mud. Said pop in next week to get it cleaned, what a disappointment. I had to clean it myself. Paid a lot to have it serviced motd very dissapointed

Today, we brought a Nissan Qashqai from the Gateshead Nissan Lookers.
Over the years we have 8 cars from different dealership and this has been the best experience from start to finish. Jason our salesman, actually listening to what we wanted and needed. Jason was so very supportive throughout the process. Nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely recommend lookers Nissan Gateshead to anyone.

I have dealt with Lookers Nissan Gateshead for around 20 years. Customer service excellent, all staff very professional, polite, knowledgeable and caring.
Great range of new and used cars for sale, and excellent deals.
All purchasing process completed quickly and thoroughly. Everything explained and new car checked thoroughly. Overall always given excellent service, nothing is a problem. Staff go the extra mile. I would not go any where else.

Almost Satisfied
Purchased Nissan Juke from Lookers Gateshead and almost everything went according to plan.
Got the car that I wanted and very satisfied in that respect.
Was encouraged to purchase many extras at time of sale but I only went for the dashcam package.Unfortunately this was a bad decision as the dashcam is not as good as others I have had. Cost £249 which is fairly extreme as the unit can be purchased for around £70.
Finally I was not given Welcome to Nissan pack when I collected car and I had to chase this up twice before eventually receiving Warranty and Servjce History book through the post.

All staff were friendly and welcoming but top marks to Abigail! From my initial visit to picking up my car she was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and helpful whether visiting or via email. She advised me on choosing my perfect car and I love it!! Great dealership!!
