Great experience
Simon Dixon was great from start to finish. Simon sent us pictures, videos and information for different vehicles, nothing was to much trouble. So much so we made 250 mile round trip and purchased a VW Tiago, there was no hard sell, and we were there for around two and a half hours, with no pressure. Thanks Simon, looking forward to many hours of trips in the new car.

Raised a complaint and never resolved
I raised a complaint with both Audi uk and Newcastle Audi. Both have never taken my complaint seriously and the customer service has been terrible. In some cases I have been told I would be contacted but that has never happenned. At the end I have given up and I am taking my future business elsewhere.
