If I could give no stars I would. From sales which was a joke .to a car not fit for purpose as broken down 3 days after collecting . Now refusing to have the car returned to them , disgusting service.
Daughter has no faith in the car and just wants to return it , but lookers are refusing!!!!
What ever happened to consumer rights ????

Easy to deal with. The car was in great condition when it was presented over video and when we collected. Tom was very accommodating and was happy to stick around when we got delayed getting to the garage.

I recently purchased a new MINI Cooper S from Lookers in Stoke and Jaydan was a star from start to finish. The whole process was seamless and nothing was too much trouble for him. The car was delivered earlier than originally quoted which I was delighted about.

Jaydan was a knowledgeable young man who took the time to advise but without the hard sell. Online electronic documents made the transaction very easy and on handover we could concentrate on the car and learning its controls. Ultimately happy with the used Mini purchased.

I've had a couple of MINIs from this dealership, this review is for the first service on my latest purchase. All was great as usual, great service from Jordan too. Thanks.

Staff very nice and professional

This is the third time we have purchased a car from Lookers Mini Stoke & the service never disappoints, it only gets better.
From the minute I enquired about a car they did everything I asked of them & more. A special mention to the sales person who looked after us, Jamie, his easier going nature & knowledge helped us a lot, & he’s the only car sales man that I’ve know that when we had agreed a price on a car he phoned me a week later to tell me Mini had dropped the price by 2.5k & he needed to send some money back, he will always have a special place in my wallet for that.

No pressure to purchase. We were able to look at our own pace. Jamie answered all of queries and communicated through all the steps

Jordan my mini advisor was super helpful and friendly. He got my brake pads changed and car was cleaned and ready to go by 3:30pm that day.

Fantastic service. I was kept informed all the way through. Emma was friendly and very helpful and efficient. She did a great job with making sure the car matched our requirements and the handover was excellent.The car came much earlier than expected which was a bonus

Unfortunately a difficult experience with this branch, bought a mini from them with some rather substandard work done on it. A dent was noticed on the car after being sold, and was told I had to go all the way back to the dealer which is 2 hours away from me, to get it fixed, and only specifically on a Wednesday, and that I couldn't get it done anywhere else, which meant having to take a day off.

Along with this, the shock absorber covers were completely split and was only noticed once I had my own mechanic do an inspection, and they refused to do anything about it. After calling multiple times and being ignored they offered a discounted price to compensate, but it didn't seem to be very good value still, and they couldn't even tell me what the original price was, leading me to believe that this could just be the standard price.

Yet another issue was the corrosion on the door sills, which is a common problem on early F56 minis, which was pointed out and promised to be sorted, but instead was sloppily painted over, which wore off in less than a couple weeks, and revealed the corrosion underneath it, only to be offered a sticker to cover it, instead of actually fixing it.

To top it off, the car wasn't well valeted and dirt was found once the seats were moved around, giving me the impression they didn't seem to really care about their work, and just wanted to get the car off the forecourt.

I am currently still having to go back and forth with them on this issue, even though this has been ongoing for nearly two months!

Would not recommend to anyone, and as someone who works in the automotive/motorsport industry, am sad to think that more other people who may not notice these issues are getting taken advantage of.

From initial enquiry to vehicle collection the team - particularly Emma - could not have treated me any better!

Not very customer focused when you book in and only converse with an electronic screen for subject matters such as services.
Trying to understand what is required and what the payment plan delivers not easy in this environment

The friendly,helpful service was top notch. Keeping us regularly updated on the progress of the repair. Also amazing offer of the car wash & vacuum which was a bonus. Lovely lady helping us it was a pleasurable experience. Would definitely recommend this branch.
