This is the second time, unfortunately for me, that our T6.1 VW camper has been in for bodywork repairs over the last 8 months, each time Gemma Inns has delivered superb customer service worth noting. The bodyshop team previously carried out seamless structural repairs which is why I insisted that our insurance used Lookers VW again for this latest repair. No reflection on the overall service and quality of the work but I hope I don't have to visit again other than to have regular servicing and maintenance that is :-)

Joe Mack, the sales rep at Skoda Newcastle, was brilliant. Very friendly manner, extremely knowledgeable and did not feel pressurised at any point to make a rushed decision. Every step of the purchase was handled quickly and efficiently. I would wholeheartedly recommend Skoda Newcastle.

Had been looking for a new car for months I saw one in the Charles Hurst web site. when there I was approached by Mario at Boucher Rd and he explained the one I was looking for was at the Vauxhall showroom so he walked across with me asking questions as to what I was looking for my budget etc I saw two cars I liked Mario was very helpful and business like I saw the car I had seen but he showed me a selection without putting me under any pressure we went for a test drive and I loved it. He took me through all the paperwork and explained everything in simple terms. When I picked the car up he had it waiting and once again made sure I understood all the instruments and even connected my phone to Apple play. The service I received was exceptional and it made buying a new car a pleasure.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly.
A video if the inspection is sent to you explaining what they have found and if things need attention.
They ask if you would like to have the work completed or prefer to wait.
Work is carried out very professionally.

Quick and efficient service

All very easy and no issues , communication process very good and overall feedback is positive.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Phil handled everything extremely well and kept me informed every step of the way. Handover was completed with zero issues and I drove away within the hour.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish! Jidu was amazing and went out of her way to help us and answer all our questions. Lookers in Stockport is an easy and delightful place to buy a car. Was given guidance by Frazer, who knew a lot about the various cars I was interested in. It took very little time to complete the transaction, he arranged the paperwork and even went to the post office to get the tax, so very grateful for such lovely service and help. Showroom is a pleasant place to be in a heatwave.
