Have been using Lookers Landrover Colchester for servicing of my Discovery since I purchased it in 2019.
I have always found them to have excellent customer service and great at negotiating with Landrover for good will / warranty work.

We were assisted by Toby Wright at the Colchester branch. Toby was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He kept his word on everything he offered and made buying our new car a positive and pleasant transaction. Really put our faith back in Land Rover. We would highly recommend him.

James was fantastic from start to finish. As someone based in Scotland negotiating a deal in Colchester, he made the entire process feel effortless. He was always on hand to answer any questions and went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport when we flew down. The car was immaculate and perfectly prepared, and we drove away extremely happy customers.

When I couldn’t figure something out in the car after leaving, James even followed up with me during my long drive home to make sure everything was sorted. The whole experience was seamless, and I honestly couldn’t recommend or thank him enough.

Very efficient. At reception Justine was very helpful explaining what was needed and when the vehicle would be ready. As my vehicle was having an extensive service it was expected to take two days. As it happened it took three days due to unforeseen circumstances. Justine kept me fully informed and coordinted my vehicle collection.

I couldn’t have a courtesy car even though I booked my service well in advance.
The service took longer thank expected but they did drop my car back to me. However the car wasn’t cleaned properly so I had to take it back to have it done again

Very professional, high quality work at a reasonable cost. Open and honest approach to tackling the fault, and resolved other issues which were identified.

This was the first attempt I had ever made to purchase a car sight unseen. Yes it was a low mileage 2025 approved car with a full warranty but nevertheless James Churchill, whilst being enthusiastic and keen to put himself out to close the sale, achieved his goal by the manner in which he came across as straight and honest, and gave me the confidence to make the jump.
Whilst it was a 9 hour round trip to collect the car we would have no hesitation in going through the same process next time round with James. Whatever reputation is sometimes attributed to car sales, James proved himself to be the exception, from our opening telephone conversation, through the various discussions to the eventual formalities and handover. Thank you.

George & Brandon were very helpful right from the start. Everything was explained clearly and any queries that we raised (in person and by email) were answered quickly and thoroughly.

Showroom was well presented and the transaction was efficient, just a shame that the attention to detail on hand over of the new Defender wasn’t what you would expect. Even though it was a brand new Defender it had a bit of paint missing where a key had caught the dock lock. The rear of the car wasn’t totally clean and the fuel tank was empty

I recently purchased my 3rd car from this dealer and I can honestly say that the whole team involved couldn't have done anything better!!
From the initial enquiry, test drive and number crunching the process was completed to my total satisfaction. Even late on a Friday evening, James helped with the tricky insurance call and Lewis with his knowledge of my car history helped get the deal done. Fantastic work and so very pleased with my new Range Rover Sport dream car. Thanks again.

Best service ever- and I’m normally sceptical!

Carl was great, friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly in plain English and made the deal work. If I had to find any fault the only two things let the experience down, he didn’t seem interested in letting me consider the velar and the nearly new car had not been valeted for collection (or was done poorly) as the screen and glass was filthy, still has tape stuck in rear side glass from delivery, finger marks and dirt in places. Overall it was a good experience thanks to Carl.

Very good service from the sales team particularly Kim, Daniel and the manager Martin . We had a few issues but the sales team resolved quickly and did all they could for us.

Evie Bond from the sales team did an excellent job of luring me into updating my car when it went in for service. She is very good at her job and made the whole buying experience enjoyable from the first contact, test drive and purchase. Everything was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and very efficient from the outset. Well done Evie.

10 out of 10 from start to finish. Attended to prior to my booking time because I arrived early. Painless handover of my car and collection of the courtesy car. My cars service was completed by midday and the car returned clean and tidy.
