Myself and my wife have been dealing with Glasgow Audi, which was initially Lomond Audi since 2005, which I believe was approximately 1 year after the branch opened. Over that time, we have built up a great relationship with all the staff and it is always nice to see friendly, welcoming faces.
Unfortunately, for us, just over 2 years ago, we felt the cars had kind of stagnated and we switched to Jaguar, which ultimately, was a terrible move. Last month, we took a turn into the branch and were greeted by Chris Connor. Chris sold my wife her last Q5 in 2016 and it was really reassuring, to speak someone, you know and trust. He went out his way, to make, my wife’s move back to Audi as seamless as possible and she took delivery of her new Q5 on Saturday and to be perfectly honest, she remarked that ‘it’s good to be home’.
In closing, I can’t recommend the branch enough, particularly Chris and we will both continue to endorse and support Audi.

Your sales agent, Sif Ahmed, went through the process with calm professionalism, and made the process easy and stress-free. This is my 4th Audi in a row, and the second facilitated by Sif.

I collected my new Audi A3 from Glasgow Audi yesterday morning. I cannot thank Morven enough for her support, guidance, knowledge, professionalism and expertise since I made my initial online enquiry over a month ago. She has been there throughout and has made the experience hassle free. I really appreciated her support with the Audi app, setting up my mobile and the insight she provided into how my new A3 works yesterday.
Sadly, she's leaving Glasgow Audi for pastures new - she'll be a huge loss!

When I came into the dealership, Elliott came and introduced himself to me, and took the time to listen to what kind of car I was considering. He then offered some helpful suggestions and allowed me to take the car I liked for a test drive. I eve brought my dog into the dealership as it was too warm for him to wait in my car! Everyone was very approachable and friendly. From the start to the end of the buying process, it was seamless and I am very grateful!

Chris helped me with my purchase and the tight timescale I was working towards. He kept me up to date at each stage. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

I had a problem with a brand new A5 Avant with the EML on after only a few days which wasn’t ideal.

Thankfully we met Lewis Knox who couldn’t have been more helpful, going the extra mile to help throughout the week of no car, and then solving problems I’d created myself by leaving articles in the courtesy car.

I’ve honestly more faith in Audi due to Lewis than I have due to the car at this point. A great representative.

Last time I bought a car there I was given a nice bottle of wine which was a nice touch but didnt get one this time. Salesman did come in on his day off to help us get our new car slas soon as possible though

Jordan in Sales Dept really good, attentive to detail, knowledgeable about the car, efficient, listened to what I had to say, polite and keen to do an excellent job on the sale. Jordan gets 5 *****

Reason for the 4* overall is that after the test drive it was obvious that the rear wiper was badly worn, should have been picked up on the Approved Inspection. The front brake discs were scoured, these were replaced after I pointed this out, again, this should have been picked up during the inspection.

Had the Gardex finish applied to the car, when I took delivery I noticed there were a couple of dirt patches on the car, not very big but the car needs to be thoroughly clean for this coating to work, attention to detail during the washing process needs to improve.

Once again, a fantastic car and well done to Jordan in Sales.

Have dealt with Morven for 15 years and she is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
