Company good contractor not
The company is fantastic ,keep you informed all the way and are extremely helpful, unfortunately their contracted car cleaners called Assured were not so helpfull they refused to vacuum or wash my car I feel there contract should not be renewed and I will make sure I never use them .

Never buy an Audi
Member of staff confrontational, fault feedback a nonsense. Why ask if you want the car valeted and never actual do. Check in experience lasted 52 minutes as I was made to do a road test with an engineer.

I went in full of hope only for the…
I went in full of hope only for the sales man to undervalue my current car by £6k.
A quick check on we buy any car who everyone one knows has a tendency to undervalue cars showed the correct value, even with their harsh knockdown tactics would have devalued my current car by £1k.
All of this was done without looking at my current car, what makes it worse is I have purchased at least 5 cars from lookers over the past 6 years, including 2 for my wife and we have always received excellent service however this it was dire.
Lookers Volvo 1 star …. In comparison Lookers Audi 5*, shame as you have some lovely cars.

Expect better.
Was never updated on my car, I phoned at 4.45pm to find out if it was going to be ready, no wash or vacuum, never got vehicle inspection video until the next day. Expect better.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 start was because when I collected my car it hadn't been cleaned, and had to wait for them to do that. Not a big problem, but they more than made up for it helping me out with app that wouldn't connect.

You won't get a better car or customer service
I cannot praise the service from Lookers Volvo enough. Absolutely top tier customer service and I am in love with my new car. James was a gentleman to deal with and was so helpful. Nothing was ever too much or an issue. I would happily remain a volvo customer for the rest of my life with service like this.

NOBODY WANTED TO SELL ME A CAR!
I actually wasn't able to purchase a car when I wanted to as nobody wanted to sell me one! I received one call back after my initial call which I missed due to being on another call and when I called back the salesman had gone home which is fine but I called on 2 more occasions after my initial call and each time was told the salesman would call me back but didn't. I was also told that a manager would call me after my last call but that didn't happen either so I bought a BMW instead.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Have tried to arrange a test drive of an electric Volvo, but despite multiple attempts at contact and me physically going to their reception and handing over my contact details no one has contacted me. Now plan to buy a Kia or Tesla
