Terrible business practice, was going to purchase a £40K van (not financed), received spec and was arranging a viewing, then Head Office apparently amended the price to a further £2,240 over the weekend, contacted Braintree and the Manager advised Head Office set it and it stands at the new price! Will not be purchasing this or any other vehicle from these rip off merchants.

The Book in procedure was good and service completed ahead of time which was great as it was a while you wait. Was it value for money maybe not,

We went to Lookers at Braintree and Kelly couldn’t have looked after us any better. She is extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. There was never any pressure from her, and she put us at ease. Thank you Kelly, you are very good at your job!!

Lookers in Braintree fitted us in at very short notice for an oil change as we were driving backwards and forwards to The Lake District where my father is on palliative care in hospital. Clocking up too many miles to wait for the oil to be changed under a normal appointment. They also checked all the tyre pressures for us. Cannot fault the first class service we received.

I called in the morning as car was due at 9:30 and asked if I could bring about 9:50 due to my work. Told no as it is booked for 9:30 and they will start the work at 9:30.

As it was a mobility car, I asked at the time of booking the MOT if Ford get authority before hand and told they yes. Reason otherwise I could potentially sit for hours while they do this, as it was when I had it serviced.

I arrived on time and after waiting over 30 minutes they had not even approached my car. When I asked for update was told they will need to send and get authority from Motability before they start. Very frustrated by being misinformed firstly at time of booking and then not starting on time, despite telling me I had to arrive at 9:30.
I called Kwikfit and booked it in with them for the following day and took the car back without the MOT.

Only positive feedback, the girl at. The reception was very polite and very helpful.

Kwikfit completed the work to great satisfaction and no time wasting.

I wondered into gates on the off chance while having a couple of tyres replaced on my car, I most certainly wasn't expecting to see something I liked and purchase so I would say it was an impulse buy but boy what a great service and I absolutely love my purchase. I was looking around and didn't feel any pressure from the sales team they just left me to my own devices and I liked that. I approached James in the Braintree Branch about a car that I though was to good to be true, I asked what I would get for my car and he said take the car out for a test drive and they would work it out for me again no pressure, loved the test drive and I might add the route I could take was up to me how long I needed and wasn't accompanied by anyone else other than my husband again I like this it was a plus for us. when we got back we were offered coffee by James and a seat to discuss what they would give me for mine I had a price in my head and was pleasantly surprised that they came in very closed to that so that was a deal for me. James was great he got a couple of bits done on the car for me and kept me up to date through the whole process. he took all the worry/stress out of buying a new car it was a very smooth transaction between trading in the old car and driving off in the new. I would like to thank James for his part in this sale and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Helpful and even had a look at an issue where I wasn’t quite sure where it was but got a call when they found the problem and was told about the service that took place and price on the new part needed and the fact they had it and was able to do it same day very helpful as I was in the area for work and needed it by end of day. All in all would use again.

My son looked on line and liked the look of a BMW phoned to make a appointment to view spoke with Jacob Went along on same day Jacob was was very intentive answering all our questions son took car for test drive happy with car and decided to purchase on the same day thanks to the smooth forms to fill out just to say thanks Jacob 😀
