The sales exec who i dealt with was attentive, informative and worked with me to understand my requirements, they kept me informed and up to date with every step in the process.

We dealt with Aaron. He was excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The whole process was very smooth.

I paid £54,899 (October 14th 2025) for a Audi Q6 which was drenched twice inside after home charges once when the nearside window went down and once when the boot opened during or after charge.
Audi breakdown came out and found a Technical Bulletin, a known Audi Fault, with no fix till April to July 2026.
I rejected the car 26th January and lost £867 due to covering 1580 miles, the GREEDY dealer then re advertised the car the next day for £54,777 still with the fault, now 40 days later its still for sale, the price has dropped to £52,872, maybe Karma is kicking in.
I have spent £98,899 at Lookers within the last 3 years, never again. Audi Q6 KP25ZVS
Note after the last review Lookers customer service replied within 24 hours of the post, I put an official complaint in 12th February and allowed 14 days for a reply 🙄🙄nothing (complaint number 86008966)
This vehicle was not fit for purpose my insurance company would not insure a circus car, after 5 weeks of running a A3 courtesy car I gave in.

This is the second car we’ve bought Farnborough Audi. We had a slight communication issue to begin with and Umar step in and resolved it. The service and after service provided to resolve it could not have been better.

I was seeking a rare model and the sales manager went out of her way to find one and then get it to Farnborough for me to view and drive. She also took over negotiations when we could not reach agreement and ensured we were happy with all aspects of the purchase.
Aaron who completed the process was helpful, well informed and knowledgeable. He was able to complete most of the administrative tasks on both sides of the transaction and made the handover a simple and smooth one.

We have now purchased three cars from Audi in Farnborough. On each occasion the communication and service has been impeccable and we cannot speak highly enough of the Professionalism shown by both Georgia and Aaron.

I visited Farnborough Audi a few times and Ben kindly assisted me with my interest in purchasing an Audi.
