I wasn’t sure which car I wanted and Debbie was very accommodating- allowing me two test drives!!
I settled on the Yaris.

Friendly pleasant staff - Matt was great to deal with. The car (Tiguan) in excellent condition. Decent part-exchange offer. All round very happy.

Helpful from start looking at cars to buying one. John explained all necessary information plus helped with my changeover of paperwork for new car

Staff are helpful and polite. Following a service / mot, I was mislead online about work required on my vehicle so I paid it, which I understand was unintentional due to wording on their portal. I take partial responsibility as I should’ve just called to check before paying. However when I brought this to the attention of staff members, I was assured I would be contacted and likely compensated for the money I had unnecessarily spent. Still no contact.

Absolutely delighted with my new car. Many thanks to George Milton for his support and advice to ensure I selected the correct model to suit my needs. I am extremely appreciative of his patience and guidance in helping me feel comfortable and at ease and positive that I have made the right choice of vehicle.

Purchased a nice 883 sportster from James at Yamaha used bikes, no hassle no hard sell no pressure so a big thanks. Also a big thanks to the service team on getting the bike ready on such short notice.Still the place to buy a used machine.Thanks to all.

I just collected my new Mini from Charles Hurst Vauxhhall in Portadown and I couldn’t be happier.
From the first enquiry about the wee motor to driving it off the forecourt, Glen was brilliant! He was patient with me , explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. Very helpful which will forever be appreciated!!!

Joe and Emma have been absolutely amazing through the whole process of buying my New Capri collection. This is now my 5th car from lookers but also ny parents purchase from lookers as well, Emma has been apart of the purchases I've made from day one. Was the first time woth Joe but still carried that same great service. I mean I changed my mind with the car a couple time but was never an issue. Car is great and the after care they provide is always perfect even months or year ahead.

Booked my car in for a factory recall.

Two days later I get dashboard warnings for all systems.

Take the car in and its two weeks before I get feedback that its a drive motor fail.

Another two weeks to get told that the repair would be covered under warranty

My car has now been off the road since the end of May, 2.5 Months

Every time I call, the service agent either isn't at their desk or another call, most calls asking for updates don't get returned.

When you do get a call back, always the same excuse "ill need to go and ask the workshop and ill get back to you",,,,, then no update ever comes.

Asked to speak to the service manager, and no returned call.

No courtesy car, and service agent doesnt know when my car will actually get repaired.

Truely an awful experience.

Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable. We are a returning customer and will not hesitate to buy from Lookers Northallerton again.

Knowlegable, helpful and totally professional staff

I left my car into Charles Hurst for a service. From making the appointment on line to having the service carried out was seamless. The inspection report was made available for me to view. The staff in Charles Hurst were very pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints.

Jake and Daz went above and beyond. They were very friendly and helpful. My car was well looked after. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend them 😄

Nothing was any bother. Jack Henderson was a polite, non pushy salesperson. He answered all our questions and explained all the paperwork

The servicing of the car was carried out in a very professional manner. I was kept informed of progress, from start to finish, also in a professional way

I was told the car would be returned by 19.00. I asked if the car could be returned by 2.30 as I needed to visit my grandson. It was returned by 1.30. Very helpful.
Also had a problem with a warning light. I rang Saturday morning and was advised how to reset. All staff very polite and helpful.
