We recently purchased our first Dacia, choosing the Bigster, and we are absolutely delighted with both the car and the exceptional service we received. From the very beginning, Fay Coleman went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained each step with clarity, and kept in touch right through to the day we collected our vehicle.
Fay’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care turned what can sometimes be a lengthy, drawn-out process into an enjoyable experience. She made us feel supported and confident throughout, and her friendly, approachable manner was a real breath of fresh air.

Prompt and efficient service
Prompt and efficient service. Particularly pleased that Lookers arranged for the transfer of our cherished number plate and applied for a tax refund for us on our trade in car. Previous dealers we have dealt with left us to do all this. Excellent!

Disappointing
Well what can you really say about a £199 service except a complete rip off.
Car is 1 year old 4500miles all electric what did they actually do in the 42 minute it was in the workshop. Health check, pollen filter and a stamp in the book for the warranty.
