Lack of quality to service provided. Bare minimum standard of customer care.
The lady who delt with me was nice but I had to wait for someone to go and find her, the desk wasn't manned. When I returned to collect my car the same lady saw me approach the desk from the office but appeared to be busy talking with a lady and two children who looked like they were friends or family. My car was not washed or valeted I was told the team had not arrived for work that morning.

Gearbox fault.
Whilst a known fault has been found on my Nissan juke ,I was provided with a courtesy car until the fault is fixed .Ashley from servicing has kept me updated on the progress of the problem.
