Went into the shop today to have a look at a couple of the BMW Models.
I have never witnessed poor customer service like it. We were ignored for 30 mins even though there were multiple salesmen walking around aimlessly.
I will never step foot again in this shop.

Lookers Stafford
I emailed the complaints department directly regarding the service department at Lookers BMW Stafford before posting on here.
They replied with their stock answer thanking me for my comment and asking me to contact their "customer services" so they can improve their services.
They deleted my email without reading it and then posted their stock reply of thank you for contacting them and giving them the opportunity to investigate your grievance and giving them the opportunity to improve their service.
Well in my experience this is a total lie and rubbish.
I emailed them directly with the case number they had previously supplied and they have chosen to ignore it.
No wonder the service department chose to ignore my requests as they know the "Customer Services" will also ignore you.

Don’t want to sell cars
Visited the showroom in Stoke and spent around 30 minutes looking for a used X5. Was interested in discussing two cars in particular but not one member of staff bothered to even acknowledge my presence so I walked out. Clearly not interested in selling cars. Oh well.

Mercedes held my car
Could not pick up the car after the service becauseof illness and Lookers gladly kept the car in their compound for 4 days. Service seems to have been done to typical Mercedes standard and car came back in good order. Only downside was the lack of a video that has been given before talking you thru all of the issues - good or bad

Car was not ready when they said it…
Car was not ready when they said it would be - dropped of at 8.30am and by 4.30pm they still had not done the MOT, in my booking it said the vehicle was scheduled to be MOT'd at 10.30am and i would be contacted at the very latest by 4pm, I appreciate they are busy but they could have let me know by, lets say 2pm, that it wasn't going to be done before 6pm ! Lady on the service desk was extremely helpful though and managed to sort me a courtesy vehicle out, so top marks to your service staff.

The service staff were fantastic.
I dropped my car off last Friday morning for a service and re-call work, the Staff dealing with the servicing were incredibly helpful, especially when my car had to be booked in for a 2nd date to have re-call work done, they went above and beyond, thank you.
