Recently purchased a new car from the branch in Crewe.
Matt has been an absolute pleasure to deal with - constant communication, very informative and not at all pushy ☺️
I could really recommend Matt (Acton) and the showroom in general

If I could put a zero I would. This companies customer service is horrendous well being brutally honest it’s non existent! Had my car since Sept 25, no phone calls to update on progress, no call to say how much longer they’d need it. It was me that had to call every time & ask what was going on. Had the car back for 4 days for it to have to go back as there’s something faulty with what they have replaced?! Car has now been with them a further week, again, no call backs, no updates & for me to chase everyday to be told the service department haven’t given any updates?! I can tell from the BMW app, that the cars not even had its doors unlocked! So how can they be sorting it out if no one’s even been inside it! Definitely do not recommend this garage & will be reporting to BMW UK. If you have any sense DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!

Very professional and great service .

I cannot state this was a professional service. I booked an upgrade for my BMW camera, the Pro version at £609. I was informed I could have it back the same day. So I booked it for installation for 11 am on 12 November. After the booking Simon called to inform that it had to be programmed and would not be finished so would have to leave it for another day. The next came, another phone call - they had a problem they couldn't connect so a new cable was needed and BMW Crewe had no stock!! So another day gone.

Eventually collected the car on Friday at 4 pm. No instructions, no information how to setup the app and many items on the dashboard not working.

I could not connect to wifi to download photos so contacted Simon again / the technician was not in work so he would get him to phone me - no phone so chased again - eventually spoke to Matthew who assisted me to get it up and running.

To be perfectly honest it has been very badly managed from start to finish.

I was assured the car would be hoovered and washed after servicing, however this was not the case, which was very disappointing

Huge thanks to Sam B at Lookers Crewe! customer service was spot on — genuinely came across as just a nice guy, not pushy at all, and really easy to chat to even about finances and all the awkward stuff! He made sure we could collect on the day we wanted even though it was a short time frame. Chuffed with both the purchase and the whole process. Nice one Sam - Highly recommend!

Very efficient service, hassle free sales. Purchased a second hand car in Lookers Crewe in November 2025, I live in Ireland. Salesman Joshua was very helpful and and informative about the car, providing a personalised video. When I arrived over to pick it up Joshua had everything ready, it was a quick process to complete the paperwork and get the car on the road. Would highly recommend

The work was done quickly on a waiting appointment to a great standard. They communicated clearly, and in the end charged me less than the quote because not all parts purchased in were required.

The car was checked in on time, friendly helpful staff. From the report the car seems to have had a comprehensive visual inspection. Returned to me by the agreed time (after a bit of wait in the showroom whilst the paper work was completed) though the coffee is good ! Only comment was front brake pads down to 4mm so still ok for now, Estimate £300 for replacements. A bit steep ?

Sam in Sales was very helpful and listened to us and found exactly the used vehicle we were looking for. He was patient and attentive, I will definitely go back when we want to purchase our next car.

Dan and Matt were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very knowledgeable on the software of the car which we found very helpful. We are hoping we can remember everything they told us 😀

A great experience from start to finish. From test drive, specifying the new car to handover it was all seamless.
