The staff are brilliant went above and beyond for my four wedding suits. If we had any problems was sorted instantly. They held onto them safely . They also gave me a good.disscount. I so glad I went here . I would highly recommend for clothes and wedding suits . They messaged me on my what's app after the wedding to see how the day went and for pictures of the suits. I would honestly try try loofes first for your suits .

This is a great shop in Bury. Definitely not selling fakes. I've bought a couple of items from the shop. Excellent friendly staff very helpful. Always a great deal to be had. Lots of stock on sale. Just an independent retailer trying to survive in hard times.

Loofes have built a reputation in bury by selling Top branded quality clothing. Still trading after years when others have failed.They do not sell fake goods

Don't even want to put one star. Took money out of my bank on 6th December for a coat had no correspondence and no coat.

Make sure you read all the 1 star reviews for this company and never buy from them. I believe the Adidas Predators they sent me were fake and when I sent them back they had the cheek to deduct £7 postage from the original payment I made. They have absolutely no customer service and do not care at all about their customer. Please be warned and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Quick delivery, although, when opening the box, there was only 1 UGG boot in it !! So not a good start. Needless to say I’m returning the 1 boot as 1 foot would be rather cold. 🥶

Ordered some Uggs from here..was dubious at first as prices were cheaper than elsewhere and I was able to use a discount code, as I had never heard of the company, but needn't have worried. Product arrived quickly and no issues.

Order canceled, didn't see the message at first. Customer service efficient contacting me after I left a negative review and offered a 20% discount on a new purchase. Disapopinted I didn't get the hsoes but happy with the service.

I ordered some sandals but didn't receive email conformation. After reading the reviews i thought this was a scam so i phoned the company who informed me that i had cancelled my order!! I said that i hadn't & definitely wanted the shoes! They arrived today all good & very pleased with them. I know if i hadn't phoned, i wouldn't have got the shoes. I wouldn't buy from them again but would advise anyone to phone up to confirm after ordering.

Ordered a Psycho Bunny polo shirt from their sale section, great price and a lovely product that was received very quickly.

Having only stumbled over Loofes via a Google search, will definitely return!!

Shoes were fine, shipping was on time, however when I returned my shoes (as they did not fit) I was advised that on top of the £3 charge for the return postage I was also being deducted £4 for the original postage which I was told was not refundable.

This is not what their website refund policy states - 'If you request a refund you will be refunded the full amount of the returned item(s) plus the standard postage option to your delivery address.'

I don’t usually write reviews but this company is awful. Customer service is nonexistent. After two weeks of trying I am unable to get a response regarding a refund or exchange. Now I have children’s DM sandals at £59 that are no good to anyone. The significant difference in size between the sandals makes me question if they are genuine. Spend your money wisely, and spend it somewhere else.

Ordered some trainers for my birthday, only to have an email the day the delivery was expected that they had some how 'lost' the item. Stated that I would be refunded, 3 weeks later and 2 follow up emails and they are ignoring me. Don't bother with the customer line it's set to always be busy which is very suspicious. £100 scammed off me on my birthday, what a great company moral they have...

I was waiting ages for a pair of tasman uggs and everywhere was sold out so went on this website and found a pair. i was a bit worried as there were several negative reviews saying they were fake so i called the store and spoke to manager Ian. lovely man. he reasurred me they were real. my shoes arrived the next day and they are real. very very pleased with purchase and how quick they arrived. please stop the negative comments this is a family run buisness that is legit. thank you ian very happy with my uggs and gow quick they arrived.
