What they dont tell you...
I ordered some tiles from London Mosaic for a garden path, i gave them a drawing with clear dimensions showing the exact area.
I then received a quote from one of their designers, no plan was attached so i assumed that they used mine.
When the tiles were ready to be dispatched, i received a plan, which didnt match mine. I pointed this out saying that there would be a risk that too many tiles had been included and i was told not to worry.
The tiles have been fitted and sure enough, there are too many. If this wasnt bad enough, i now find that if i return them i get hit with a 40% restocking charge. I work in the construction industry and the average is 20%, but its insulting and infuriating to find that i am being forced to pay for London Stone's mistake.

Dear Richard. Apologies for the delay responding here. We have investigated, and there was a misunderstanding over the measurements on our part. The sales team will be in touch shortly to refund you correctly for the excess tiles we supplied.
Superb quality products delivered on…
Superb quality products delivered on time and expertly packaged. A great company to deal with from start to finish. Excellent communication from all departments especially the design team who were able to offer us a number of design options to improve the hallway.
Initially, we were unfortunate enough to select the wrong tiler to carry out the installation of our hallway tiles and due to poor workmanship had to remove them.
London Mosaic (LM) were very helpful finding us a skilled tiler and and ensuring we had all we needed to complete our hallway. LM went above and beyond the normal level of customer service we had expected to ensure we were able to realise our vision.
Would highly recommend London Mosaic and will no doubt use them again.

When it came to an unexpected snag as we were installing that required extra tiles very quickly. David Boon was incredible! He had what we needed over to us within a few hours!! Never known anything like it and I'm a supplies manager! great work.

Lovely colours and designs but not a great customer experience unfortunately
Lovely tile colours and great designs but I’ll be going elsewhere unfortunately. Sent an email in for a quote, had to chase after nearly two weeks. Also asked for some sample colours but didn’t get them until I chased again; and asked for tiler recommendations and none of them got back to me bar one!

Very good experience ordering a mosaic…
Very good experience ordering a mosaic for a hallway floor. Delivery was quicker than expected, the tiles were easy to install, and a replacement for a missing tile was delivered quickly after being made aware of the issue.
