What makes LMS so special is that Lisa and Duane were with us from the first step right to the end. Their patience and determination to see the mortgage application through was truly legendary.
We applied for a mortgage with Virgin Mobile - we'd already had an AIP and the valuation was done in June so we were expecting an offer soon after. However it turned out to be a case of "send this document" or "you will get an update in xx days" time and it was really frustrating. However they kept on knocking on the door on our behalf and finally our mortgage offer has now arrived!
