As an individual buying their first home, with variable income, buying a house and securing a mortgage always seemed too hard work. The team at London Mortgage talked me through the options in the market, how they could be accessed with my salary and bonus structure, and what I would need to bring as Equity. Above and beyond that, they explained to a first time buyer the process that they, the bank, the estate agent & solicitors would follow from Decision in Principle through to contracting & exchanging.
