I had to pay additional 10 € in the delivery, however refunded afterwards
I am disappointed because I had to pay 10€ additional on the delivery because of Customs Clearance. However the London Guitar refunded me after Indid ask for. Thank you.

Dear Jose, we are very sorry about the issue of the charge for customs clearance, these vary a lot between different countries since Brexit so it is not always clear what will get charged. Perfect experience
Attentive staff who know what they are talking about. Very helpful. Not forceful.
I had a list of guitars I wanted to try and they were all available. I applied a scoring system for the different qualities. I was also shown some others to consider and I am extremely satisfied that I came away with the right guitar. Great service, choice of stock and made the experience of buying a new guitar very pleasant.
