The first items did arrive very lately…
The first items did arrive very lately because a post carrier blackened the German postal code.
After I wrote to the shop owner or his employees, they changed the way how to adress. The two packages I ordered then arrived just in time. There had been no problems with the custom either. Thank you very much for your extraordinarily help. Best regards, Michael + Britta Bogatzke

Timely delivery and problem solving
The sheet music I ordered arrived sooner than I expected which was excellent.
I then noticed that there was then an (electronic?) glitch in the payment arrangements which meant I had paid three times for some reason. When I contacted LGS they looked into the issue and also made the refund very quickly with good communications throughout.

Ordered a pack of flamencos strings…
Ordered a pack of flamencos strings which were not in stock but was contacted by the shop members of staff and was offered even better quality strings for the same price.
Well that’s what I call people who really care about their customers.
