I absolutely love the selection of Japanese stationary but their online delivery service really lets this store down.
1) items were sent in cardboard packaging which was too big and not protective enough for stationary items. The contents were rattling around in it getting damaged, the notebooks arrived with creases in and slightly damp from the rain - so look used or dog eared and lost their brand new notebook feel. I needed them for a project so couldn’t send them back but would have especially if this was a gift as they looked tatty.
2) Very slow delivery each time I’ve ordered, taking over a week to get here despite being 40mins down the road and other small businesses through Etsy being faster! The Royal Mail 48hrs tracking service is brilliant but It took 4+ business days to get to the post office who delivered it within 24hrs, so clearly they don’t have someone taking it to a post office each day so the system needs revising if they do a lot of online orders- I wonder whether this has impacted repeat business?
I’d order again purely for the selection but online customer service is very disappointing.

The staff have been so lovely and helpful previous times I've been here, however the manager needs to be held accountable for her downright unprofessional and inhumane behaviour.

I walked in last week to her screaming verbal abuse at a staff member on the shop floor Infront of customers and staff. What made it worse was other staff just put their heads down and stood and watched completely unphased as if this is a normal occurrence. As a manager of a team myself I couldn't even fathom talking to my staff this way let alone on the shop floor Infront of customers, no matter how serious the issue. It left a huge bad taste in my mouth and I immediately left the store. It created a completely hostile environment the second I walked into the store. I will not be returning.

I hope the staff member is okay, no one deserves to be spoken to like that.

Staff were lovely and helped me find the most amazing pen!

However, as I was checking out I heard the most barbaric scream and when I looked I saw the manager speak disrespectfully to a colleage. She seemed very comfortable talking down to them and it made me sick.

I come from a place where we respect each other and it was a really jarring visit for me.

So thanks for the pen but I'll probably just go to Jackson's from now on

First time I've bought from LGC, online, and won't be the last. Competitive prices, good website, easy ordering, kept informed throughout and fast delivery.

Item available for collection at my local Rymans in just a few days. It was as described and firmly packages.

Good range of products, although some odd mainstream lines you can get anywhere. Main issue is the postage. Order placed Monday, despatched Friday, not due to arrive until 7 September and Royal Mail Trackkng isn’t working (not unique to LG, this the second item due to be delivered by RM with tracking that doesn’t work). £4.95 seems like a lot for a 7 day delivered window, almost half the value of the order.

Unfortunately due to the Windsor Framework they are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. I have been using LGC since I was a student in the 1990s but sadly since the Politicians messed things up after Brexit various businesses are unable to accede to the restrictions and red tape imposed on us by the Northern Ireland Protocol and laterlally the Windsor Framework. This is going to make it hard to get what I need. The good folks at LGC have been as helpful as they can but that has now come to an end. I'll have to visit the store whenever I'm over there.

In my experience the London Graphics Centre is the easiest way to order high quality arts products online. They have a fantastic range at the most competitive prices. And their customer service is second to none.

My friend bought a diary on the store, she got it embossed, she was so very happy, she lives in Kuwait, she asked me to leave a review for the store and their excellent customer service, specially the lovely member of staff who embossed her diary; she was the loveliest! and very skilled.

Customer service was incredibly helpful when I made a mistake with my order. I've made a few purchases here and they're always dispatched quickly and well packaged, the click and collect option is also very helpful. Good selection of products too.

I used to go to the shop in Covent Garden before retirement and always found the stock, service and advice excellent. So when I was in need of supplies years later, I had no hesitation in using the LGC's website to order. Excellent all round service with speedy delivery. I will be back soon.

Came across this company when looking for some storage boxes got a great deal might of even been a pricing error as was alot cheaper then elsewhere however they did honor it and storage boxes where received quickly

I have been getting supplies from LGC since I was a student many years ago until last May when the Windsor framework kicked in and messed everything up. However the folks at LGC were able to find a work around and send me the things i needed which was great. I will be using the work around in future. Thank you to the folks at LGC for such a great service.

Ordering paints from here one minute they come nicely boxed.
Next time no box and graphics tape all over lid colour and bottom, causing the paint colour to no be known till lid is removed also damaged squashed tubes due to tape. Very disappointing especially if you want to give as a gift.

I ordered some Khadi paper for a workshop over a month before I needed it and it was dispatched with Riyal Mail after 2 days. After various texts from Royal Mail to inform me of delivery, it was not delivered. I contacted LGC customer services who replied promptly and contacted RM. After several emails with LGC who chased Royal Mail on my behalf my order was delivered by 8.30 one morning. I can not express my gratitude to LGC customer care person for her prompt responses to my emails and for chasing my order.
I often use LGC and in future I will check their website for more art materials as their service has been exceptional.
