My delivery late!

My delivery late!
Bought Day 2 Home COVID-19 Lateral Flow Test two days before my arrival. Thinking it will arrived on time but its not arrived. Its been 4 days now and im still waiting for my Day 2 Home COVID-19 Lateral Flow Test to be arrived !??

Dear Zamzam, we have checked our website and you haven't ordered the kits for home delivery with us as we would've sent it to you and provide you with tracking number via email (as we do for all our online orders for home delivery). We cannot find you by Zamzam Niazy anywhere in our records. Would you kindly email us to investigate further and if this is the case, offer you a refund ?
