Creating the ring that will accompany us the rest of our lives was for me a stressful and crucial choice to make. Mrs Jones from the London Victorian Ring and Co manage to turn this journey into a smooth, and amazing experience. She and her entire team were incredibly patient, helpful and talented. They took the time to listen to our daily life and wishes to help us create the perfect ring. They also were constantly available and patient whenever we had a question or wanted to make a different quote. They helped us to get the ring shipped abroad, and helped us through the customs documents. All along this journey, they proved to be professional, patient and talented; advising us in order to create the perfect ring that would fit to our life, needs and wish. Even after the shipment, they have remained available anytime we had a question. We could not have dreamt for a better company and person to handle this matter, and we will definitely come back, as they manage to be incredibly professional, and to combine tradition and modernity, while remaining the kindest and most understanding people to work with.

I had an extremely good experience with London Victorian ring co. I needed my partners wedding ring sooner than the time on the website and they made and delivered it within only a few weeks. The service and communication was outstanding and extremely valued.

The item I have bought is beautiful, it was delivered to me swiftly just before Christmas as I asked and the costumer service experience was excellent for me.

I had seen the ring I wanted on the website and I rang to inquire about it the next day , the staff were so friendly and helpful that I ordered the ring that evening.

Website easy to navigate. A large range of items are clearly displayed and described. Found exactly what I as looking for and was advised regarding sizing, resizing and additional options during a subsequent telephone conversation. Choice ordered and delivered within published timescale. I am delighted by the quality of my replacement ring. Sincere thanks to all staff involved.

I have received my wedding ring this morning and it’s exactly what I had been looking for, prior to this I was looking in the Trafford centre Manchester jewellers, and I felt they were overpriced and not really the width or weight I wanted in platinum, hence going online - I found Deborah and her team very helpful and explained what I wanted, a few phone calls/emails back and forth - I was then sent a sample ring to try on which I was happy with, and 5 weeks later my ring arrived Royal Mail special delivery, its definitely been worth it and saved me (no word of a lie) £1,300 saving, but if you are going to go down the route of online jewellers please know your size and do abit of research, then Deborah/Victorian ring co will source you exactly the ring you want, plus I found their website user friendly and the choice of platinum rings superb, high st jewellers their platinum rings for a 6mm band in a T we’re averaging about 8 gram and felt “ tinny”
mine weighs 13 gram and is hallmarked stamped, I highly recommend this company, abit of ground work and you saves a lot of money, I’m really pleased, thanks Deborah X

Deborah at Victorian Ring Company offered excellent and personalised service for my wedding band. I wanted a Milgrain pattern for a vintage/antique touch and was also very picky about the width and curve of the ring.
Deborah was very knowledgeable, warm and patient regarding my options. I felt sure that in the end I would get exactly what I wanted. The ring turned out beautiful and I highly recommend this unique and lovely company for rings that are not easily found elsewhere.

The team are very professional with excellent communication throughout with no hidden surprises. This isnt an off the shelf retail business but all the better for it as we wanted a fully bespoke design.

My husband visited LVRC with a design for my engagement ring and what they produced blew me away. It’s perfect. Naturally we chose them to make our wedding rings. 13 years later I wanted an eternity ring for my 40th and we went back. The service we received was wonderful and the ring we chose is beautiful. A few emails to narrow down what was required and a visit to Hatton Garden to finalise the stones from a selection and confirm the setting Two weeks later collected the ring as per chosen design. My Californian wife loves all things Edwardian, so was really happy to find this little place. I was even happier to find the level of customer service I needed to buy a wedding and engagement ring from the USA. Stacey was so patient and helpful and I couldn't be happier with the rings....they are beautiful.

I purchased an engagement ring from them. With such a significant purchase I was naturally nervous.

After visiting them at the London diamond bourse and leaving a deposit for a ring I was meant to collect it but the tier 4 lockdown meant this wasn't possible so I payed online and received the ring the next day instead.

The ring arrived exactly as described and I was even able to read the GIA inscription on the diamond using a loupe to confirm the diamond was exactly as described.

The service was excellent throughout with quick responses to any queries I had via email and phone.
