Great service and friendly assistants.
I needed a new wardrobe and chest of drawers so called into London Lounge and was greeted by Jim, who was extremely helpful. I had limited space for both pieces of furniture and after telling him the sizes he explained my options. I settled for a 4 drawer chest of drawers and a double wardrobe with mirror. I was told that due to the current situation with Covid it could take between 6 to 8 weeks for them to be delivered (I ordered them on the 31/12/21). I said I understood and was prepared to wait. Last Tuesday I received a phone call saying my furniture was ready to be delivered to me. Two very helpful gentlemen delivered the furniture today (22/01/22). Again very friendly and helpful. After explaining to them the wardrobe would have to go over the bed they said no problems.

Thank you to Jim and the delivery guys (in Weymouth) for a job extremely well done. Will definitely recommend this shop to friends.

Can’t thank this wonderful Weymouth based company enough. Ordered 2 Ottoman beds and 1 single bed, all with mattresses and bed heads provided for an extremely low price on the 15/02/2021. The frames and bed heads had to be made. I said I was moving in on the 01/03/2021. These were delivered on the 01/03/2021, after saying they would do their best. Exactly 2 weeks after ordering them. Great lead time and couldn’t of been timed better as we didn’t actually fully move in until the 02/03/2921. The quality is superb I couldn’t of wished for better. They do say it often pays to purchase local and in this instance it has. Thank you so much London Lounge you are fabulous.
