RE:Londis in Burnham-on-Sea, not a review of the store which is friendly but the revolting "Snax on the go" Steak slices they sell, they're just mush without any meat in them whatsoever and are truly disgusting

Sub postoffice. Parcel to be returned, barcode taken to post office, as per instructions from Amazon, a list which included the post office in londis kirkby L33. Only to be shrugged off by the manager. Just said no, and the onus is on me to print the label...vile man

Super friendly and always ready to help. Londis (108 London Road). Every time I've been in the shop, I leave with a smile on my face. Nothing is ever too much trouble.I wish all my shopping experiences were this good.

I visited Londis at Esso Goodmayes and was served by a rude staff member called Mayarun. He did not care about his job and neither was he friendly, just a horrible human being that should not be in customer care.

This shop is actually ridiculous!! Tickets say one price but a totally different price at the till. 9 times out of 10 it's more the double the ticket price!!
We not use again, would rather travel to another shop!

There’s two londis where I’m from. We separate them by saying “bottom londis” “top londis” why I have no idea because both are as horrible as each other.

The jet garage on waltham rd grimsby. Has tried to over charge people. Umpteen times t the tall man don’t know his name. Charged me for mine and someone else’s. I was on way to work was late and so was the other man he told the other man to pay me. How do we know what he’s doing the lady who’s there is sooo rude. Not giving money back telling someone that they need to put money in her bank. As it will get taken out her wages. Disgusting. Robbing us blind they think

Horrible, horrible man called Bernard working at Londis on Alexander Parade in Glasgow always rude & unpleasant especially to females, sadly this is the closest place I can go to pick up C&C parcels but have now started to move them further away so I don’t have to deal with this man. I do wonder if he is as unpleasant to any males that shop there.

£1.19 for brocoli which is 50p at asda. There's making a profit and taking the pi##

Rude, racist, unfriendly and disrespectful staff. Wearing rubber gloves to handle my package and lying and saying he couldn’t read when I asked him to read my personal details off of a printed piece of paper instead of shouting it out in store. Told me he couldn’t held me because he couldn’t ‘read’

They clearly don’t know that wearing gloves as a result of covid with changing them is not going to protect them from anything. Especially not wearing a mask.

After “helping” started shouting that I shouldn’t come here. If he doesn’t want to deal with anyone other than Asian people, he should operate from home.

They've just taken over the retail space in my local petrol station, it used to be Spar. Since Londis has taken over the prices of every product have increased dramatically. The prices are double what they were been sold for. Same products, different owner of the shop. They are nothing but driven to try to fleece every customer who comes through the door.

I'm sure Londis will claim that cost of living has inflated all the prices but that's simply not true. Go to any Spar and you'll find the same products at less then double the price they are charging.

Avoid at all costs. I went into their service station in Winslow over the weekend. petrol advertised at 1.86. By the time I got to the till it had gone up to 1.99. Spoke to the manager, who told me I had gone to the wrong pump. I told her that there was no indication the pump I used was any different to the others and that the higher price ought to have been advertised as explicitly as the cheaper variety, which it wasn't. This practice is basically a scam.

Just went into the Londis shop at the BP garage in Poole to pay for fuel. I grabbed a tub of margarine which had a shelf price of £2.65 and when I went to pay I was charged £3.99 for it. I told the shop assistant that it was the wrong price and he was dismissive of me. I said I didn’t want that one and changed it for another brand. This one had shelf price of £1.89 and at the till I was charged £3.49. I pointed out that he should honour the advertised price but he refused and was very rude about it. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care about a couple of quid but I don’t like blatant dishonesty. If you have no choice but to use this store then check the prices they are actually charging you!

Just dropped 2 Thrift parcels at Londis Weston Park N8 and have never met such a rude and aggressive shopkeeper. Having been standing there quite a while, whilst he told a member of staff a long story about his uncle, I eventually interrupted and asked if I could send my parcels. As soon as first was scanned he rudely told me to put that one in the box at the back of the shop ‘to make space’ whilst the the second was still being scanned. He said ‘I haven’t got time to be showing you guys what to do”, I asked who meant by ‘you guys’ and he just said ‘you’. He then snapped at another customer who asked a question, who in response complained and left. I said ‘you don’t seem to be in a very good mood’ and he told me he only got 20p per transaction and to get out. I had intended to buy some goods there too, but no way. Really do not think companies should be trusting transactions to such a shop. I certainly wouldn’t go there again.

I have just been to Londis in Mill lane London NW6. I received a message from the shop that the good I bought from EBay has arrived and I can collect it - on getting to the shop the assistant scanned my 'to collect' code only tell me that the product is missing and that he can not help me so I need to contact his boss. I can not have received the code without someone in the shop received the good from the courier. The shop assistant was so rude, unhelpful and not bothered that my good has gone awol under his and his boss watch. Asked him about the complain procedure, all he told me was you can go do whatever you want. He then asked me to get out of the shop and pulled the shutters down half way and went away. He believed that he was doing me a favour and not a service.

Jed wash take a money but cant press the bottom to start, not working correct. Nothing information for customer.

I went to drop off an amazon item to return through EVRi at the store in stevenage town center. The instruction on amazon clearly said that it is packageless service, that is, you walk in there with your QR code generated in amazon app and the item there and you can print the return label and then hand it over to the team there. They will pack it and and stick the label on and take it in. When I went there with the Item the lady there told me that I need to pack it and they are not going to take responsibility if it goes missing. If you cannot provide a service then please do NOT false advertise it.

This company ran a competition in July 2021 on their official Facebook page the prize was "a bundle of Chocolate Caramel Fulfil's". I was lucky to have been named the winner of the competition and as of 27/4/2022 never received anything. I received a reply on Facebook on the 17/11/2021 saying, "It appears your prize has been lost in transit. The suppler won't be able to resend, so we'll arrange something ourselves and get this sent out to you next week. So sorry again for the delay in receiving your prize. Thanks for your patience" Nothing was ever received and now they no longer respond to questions raised.

How rude !!
Never ever have I met such a rude abrupt man in my life. Shazam apparently manager at Ashington BP garage.
I go to this garage 3/4 times a week to get a costa coffee every morning amongst other stuff.
Friday I did this fit to the office and it was just hot milk and water no coffee.
I complained politely yesterday morning. For this so called manager to sweep it right under his carpet. There was no problems, not our fault etc etc. Not well just get another cup. The rudeness was unbelievable. Not racist one bit. But he couldn’t speak English either. I ended up telling him to stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. They have lost my business. Never will I return through their customer service. Disgraceful!!
