As always brilliant from ordering to delivery. Ordering is very straight forwards and updates received until delivery completed.

Reiceived my 2 tubs of Buxus feed quickly,after that Logs Direct went down in my expectation,opened the cardboard box 1 plastic tub was cracked all the fertiliser spread all over,probably happened in transport,if it had been packaged properly it wouldn't of happened,it should of been replaced by Logs Direct,all they offered was 10% off my next order,hopefully they see this reveiw,if it gets replaced great I'll keep ordering products off them if not I'll buy elsewhere.

Good products at good prices

Service was fine, customer service very good, was helpful when part of my delivery was wrong and sent out the missing items. Happy with them.

I did try contacting earlier but couldn’t get through . I was very disappointed with the Slug Gone pellets . When I got half way down the tub it was like they had been rubbing together & I had to sieve them because there was absolutely loads of dust like they had disintegrated & therefore lost a lot of the pellets !!!

Ordered from here three times and each time the free delivery has been inside the promised window.
The wood chips for chickens are not available locally so thankfully these are very fairly priced and decent quality.

Ordered on next day delivery and was advised by Emma office manager, that it would be delivered between 12.25 / 1.25 on Friday, 15th May, but it did not arrive.
I contacted Emma again, advising that I needed coal, I have arthritis and look after a disabled person, so I cannot always get out, it's a very cold house, and electric heaters were no good.
She replied, relating to my situation, I know your frustrations. I, too, look after a disabled person, and I would receive the coal on Monday, but when I asked her to confirm it would be delivered on Monday, she did not reply, now I know why.
It has not arrived again today Monday, and I have had no reply to my email this morning.
She even said I will put a note on your account, to only use DPD, which you said the same last time this happened, when it was 1 day late??
Shame on your company, you had plenty of time to sort this out for me to have today.
I don't think they send next day but charge us for this?

How convenient of you to say, you did not get Fridays message even though these are on the same thread as all previous emails I have sent you and the one you replied to later today?
If you had of advised me on Friday I could have ordered from another company.

super quick delivery

Simple, straightforward and efficient.

As described, came quickly, great product. Would recommend.

We have been buying from logs direct for 10 years plus, and every year we always seem to have problems with the delivery.
On this occasion we took a days holiday for the delivery Monday 11th May.
On the off chance we rang logs direct to get an eta on delivery, only to be told it wouldn’t arrive on the day we booked.
We weren’t very happy as we all took a days holiday off for this delivery.
Eventually we got a booking for a Saturday.
We are very happy with Logs direct its not their fault it’s just the delivery we get the problems with..
