I think that the customer service has been great.

They made great logos for my company and will go back to them in the future for more designs if needed.

We hired Custom Logo Design to create a new logo for my business, Go Event DJ, and they did an exceptional job. They were really creative and came up with a design that perfectly represents our brand. Overall, we highly recommend Logo Design!

I had been using Logo Valley Design for logo designs for several years. They are very responsive, patient, engaging and easy to work with. Their price points are great. I would highly recommend using them for any of their services.

They did a pretty good job on my website. I had a boring site before we started the work and now they've enhanced it and made it catchy.

Their customer service is pretty good as well. I was able to hop on a call with the developer and he made changes on the fly for me to verify. Overall pleased with them.

Update: After I wrote this review, I now have a working website. My website works really well. My experience with this company is still the same. I will give it 2 stars now because all of my concerns have been addressed.

This was the worse experience I've ever encountered. I went to this company to design my website. What was supposed to have taken 4 to 5 weeks turned into almost 6 months and I still do not have a working website. I responded on time with all of the information that was asked for and each time I had to go back and forth because they didn't load the information correctly on the website. The gentleman that I was working with (Josh) disappeared. I received an email that said his email was no longer valid. When I called to find out why he wasn't responding to my emails and why I received a message that his email was no longer valid, I was told that they moved him to a different department. Then I started working with Jack. He was helpful at first but once he found out that I wasn't going to use their services for my hosting and maintenance I received an unfinished product and was told to use the maintenance service that I acquired for the "minor" fixes that need to happen. They deployed my website with generic contact information (not my contact information) and no where for my customers payments to go after I supplied them with my PayPal information for the developer twice. I was also supposed to have received basic training material in which I have not received. They gave me a recording of me asking questions.

This company needs better customer service and to work hand in hand with the customer as the website is being built. As in more Zooms during the process instead of using a pass through person.

The company should also have training material already developed for basic usage of the backend of the website.

I purchased a logo with Logo Valley Design months ago and had the worst communicating agent. After months of deliberation, he completely disappeared. I then had another agent who assisted with my design, then he too disappeared. I had to call the company through the website since they would not return my emails to find out that the second agent was no longer available.

So we finally got a third agent who can help and he was turning out to be great. He requested that I put a good review on App Verticals, strangely, which I did since he was better at communicating than the rest.

Then all of a sudden, he too disappeared. After calling the company through the website yet again, they shared that he had COVID so he was unable to assist.
Another agent took over to help, then the agent who had COVID came back. Logo was finalized, but he sent the wrong files. And now they are not returning my emails or calls.

Guess when my logo was started- May 16, 2022. Today is October 4, 2022. Not meeting deadline is an understatement. Do NOT use this company. I would've paid more for someone else who can meet the timelines and meet my expectations.

I used Logo Design Valley to design a logo for my new company. I gave Jane a few concept ideas and let them work their magic. The logo artwork options they designed were awesome and it was hard to choose my favorite. In addition, the customer service was stellar. I will be working with them on other projects. I highly recommend this company.

Jeffrey Carter was my contact person in creating my logo. I could not have been more impressed with his customer service. He listened to my ideas and even when I wasn't very happy with what I had in mind at first, he was very very patient with me, picking up the phone when he needed clarification and beautifully creating a logo beyond my imagination.

I needed a logo for a product concept that I am working on and was able to get a unique design done that I think will work very well. I made multiple requests for tweaks during the process to make sure that the result was what I really wanted and all changes were handled expeditiously and cordially.
