Holiday Payment
I was having great difficulty with my bank to make payment for my cruise I spoke to a very understanding and helpful young lady Iris unfortunately didn't ask her surname she was so understanding of my lack of computer knowledge,She phoned me back ( I was at this point nervous and going to forget the holiday) She slowly talked me through the procedure and I managed in the end , So very grateful Iris Thank you so much

Excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Logitravel's website is easy to search and navigate. They offer a huge range of cruises at excellent prices. Iris Madico was exceptionally helpful, She identified and applied a number of discounts to achieve the best price for me. She also liased with MSC on my behalf, enabling me to redeem a future cruise travel discount issued to me at the start of the pandemic. Very much appreciated.
